Our computer decided to take an extended nap during the quarantine and we couldn't wake it up. The store we purchased it was not taking any repairs; understandably. So we found this place, called him and he said if I can get there quickly he could take it in for a diagnostic. We are only a few minutes away, so we went. He was very kind, and said he'd take a look and give me a call.

Another gentleman came in with a lot of questions so I left. I no sooner got home, Dan called and said our computer came of the coma. Just a bad ventilator (power cord). $39 to replace it and done. I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you!

I have been using SoftQue for years now. I buy my computer devices and also have them repaired there. Dave has always been there to save my computer and my sanity! Most current problem was with my desktop. I tried to research the problem on my laptop so that I could "fix" the problem myself. After reading the steps to possibly remedy the problem(s), I decided my 1st step would be to take it to SoftQue! Dave had it up and running within a day!

He also gave it a "tuneup" because it was slow and increased my RAMS. The desktop runs like new! I have recommended SoftQue to family members, neighbors, and friends. Folks have always been very satisfied. Thanks SoftQue!

My laptop computer was taking forever to do anything. Dave tested it to confirm the hardware was okay, then reloaded Windows 10, plus installed a solid state hard drive. Works much faster now.

Apparently my laptop doesn't like tea. in the keyboard! I called Dave who was referred to me by a coworker who raved about him! He was able to see me quickly and saved my files on a flash drive. He dried it out over the weekend, did whatever magic he did. updated all the things that I've been putting off and now it works like a dream! Go see Dave if you have any computer issues! Awesome! Juan did a great job with my computer. Not only that, but the customer service was also top notch. He answered all of my questions about diagnosis, how to prevent the problem from happening again, etc. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for.

My new HP laptop had the white screen and flickering, couldn't get in at all. Tried to search on Google and still couldn't fix myself. So went to SoftQue Premier Computer Services and they saved my PC! Excellent customer service, great communications, smart all the way on how to fix my PC. I thought my PC was gone - dead but they saved it and the performance is better than when I bought it! I recommend SoftQue Computer to anyone that needs their PC repaired. It's the only place I will take my PC from here on.

I recently purchased a new Windows 10 laptop and needed the data from my old laptop, transferred. In April, I brought both laptops in and met with David a SoftQue technician. All within a day, David set up an internet connection, transferred files, photos, set up email accounts and transferred messages. David went a step beyond the scope of work by installing programs that were not part of the software. David followed up on other issues, installing Antivirus software as well as a program that would connect my printer to the internet wirelessly, allowing my printer to scan documents. David was a pleasure to work with, understanding client's concerns and communicating effectively while applying strong work ethics. I can't say enough about my recent experience with SoftQue and David, the technician who was instrumental in setting up a compute network.

Had my computer back in less than half a week! Easy to find location, friendly staff, thorough care, professional service, and (most importantly) not overpriced! Definitely coming back here if I ever need computer repairs again. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is one of the best computer repair shoppes in town. The people are competent, professional, and friendly. Their prices are fair, for the services, provided. I highly recommend them. Certainly a far cry above over-priced Staples. They merit 10 stars.

I don't know where to start! Dave really came through for us. We are a small family owned business and our hard drive went out. OMG! Panic set it. We were open for business and we were at a complete loss for what to do. We called softque and Dave drove right over and installed a computer for us. Pulled all of our inventory and customer base out of the old hard drive and put it into our new computer.

This is 11 years worth of inventory and customers. None of us at the store would have had ANY clue on how to do that. He was so professional and prompt. We will semd everyone we know that needs computer work here. Thank you again

I needed a laptop charging cable and the gentleman was sooo nice and gave it to me for free. These guys just aren't trying g to take your money, I highly recommend them!

The guys who work at this shop are friendly and a pleasure to work with when dealing with the stress of fixing your computer. I bought a new laptop and it turned out it had loads of problems with just about everything. I went to the shop and for a nominal fee they helped me deal with the laptop company and the warranty. A few times a company rep showed up and claimed he fixed the problem.

The guys checked the computer told me there were still problems and dealt with the laptops company till they were satisfied it was fixed. Not only did these guys help me in a stressful situation, they ensured that the problem was actually fixed. If you need an independent computer repair store to help you, this is the place.

I turned on my computer one day to find everything was gone. All my pictures, documents and settings. Even my desktop picture was gone. I took it in and the owner was so nice, he didn't promise me anything except that he would try. The next day I got a call that my computer was ready and they were able to get everything back! I'm so grateful, they saved everything!

I've had to bring different laptops in to get fixed and they've always done a good job. They've helped me with various computer issues, too. The latest was a couple months ago they replaced the power switch on my Dell, which Dell was really lame to put a power switch on a movable part. All good and new and works great. Also got a discount because I know the owner. Anyway, awhile back, they helped me with issues with my Sony Vaio. Also got my kids' ThinkPad laptop from them awhile back - was refurbished. It ran great for quite 3.5 yrs. Anyway, they always do a good job.

If you have any computer problems or questions or are in the market to purchase a computer, Softque is the place to go. The staff is very knowledgeable they give stellar customer customer service. My computer was a mess when I brought it to them. Not only did they get it fixed and running fast again, but they educated me on how to prevent future problems. I have also purchased a computer here, a router, speakers and more. Great prices and Great service.

A few days ago my computer went to shit. I like to think I'm somewhat tech savvy but this was beyond me, so I hit up yelp and chose Softque for it's high ratings and more so because it's not too far from where I live. After calling the place up and talking to a guy, I believe his name was Chris, they just had me bring it in. He asked me a few questions and we both came to the conclusion that it was probably the power supply.

I brought it in and left it with them for a day, got a call confirming it was the power supply and he tactfully let me know they referred to my computer as Chewbacca. Dog hair and dust don't make for good insulation in a computer, who knew. Anyways, paid for the part, paid for the analysis/labor. A little more than I wanted to spend on my computer but it was completely reasonable. Nice, straightforward guys, they got to the point and I got my computer back working good as new. I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks to my friend I heard about this place. I am so grateful B! The services and prices are great! Definitely recommend! Before I dreaded taking my computer to get checked up/repaired. Now I know that whenever I walk into SoftQue I will feel comfortable/welcome. They keep you updated and actually try to help you understand what they did to your comp. On 10/27/2011, I took my computer in to SoftQue because my computer wouldn't allow me to open anything on the desktop, all I could do was turn on my computer, clearly a virus. I also couldn't uninstall OpenOffice. I gave my box to Chelsie. The next day they called and said they could find no virus and that everything opened up just fine for them.

They couldn't explain why I couldn't open anything. I asked them to uninstall OpenOffice, so they did and I was charged $59 for this. I brought it home and tried it. Everything did open up for me, however, my internet was super slow and it wouldn't let me click on certain hyperlinks that open new windows. So I still had a virus. A few days later, my computer just went blank and nothing worked again.

This time I took it to Red Sevens, who charges less to fix viruses anyway. The only reason I took it to SoftQue in the first place is because Red Sevens had moved 10 miles further but apparently the longer trip is warranted.

Softque has done some work on my computers in the past- adding or deleting software, cleaning up, putting on security features, etc. But a few weeks ago they saved me! I was working at my office when a HUGE Trojan Virus security alert stopped my computer. I immediately called Peter at Softque. He was at my office within a couple of hours, and worked his miracles.

I was up and running again in a few hours- with my computer intact- sans the virus. They are now going to be adding additional security and backup to all of my office computers. It's nice to find reliable, trustworthy people working on my business computers. Thank you Softque. I appreciate your 5-Star Service!
