I dropped off my MSI gaming laptop to have the power adapter port repaired and I am very impressed by the service I received. This particular repair required some soldering work, and the repair was completed within 48 hours. The price was also very competitive and more in budget than for bigger repair shops. Highly recommend

These guys build the best computers anywhere. They use top quality components and fit the build to your needs. A bit on the expensive side but we'll worth it.

I recently brought a projector and my computer to Mike to fix and the results were fantastic. This was the second place I had brought the projector - the first place couldn't fix it. Mike fixed it quickly then worked the same magic on my computer which had a couple issues, including needing a new battery and some internal cleaning. These are actual electric engineers - they can take things apart, fix hardware and software, and are trustworthy. I'm so glad to have found a place like this.

We took our computer to Big Byte Computers and Michael treated us very well. He found the hard drive was bad, replaced it and was able to recover all of our data at a reasonable price. We brought it in on a Friday and picked it back up on Monday. Michael is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend Big Byte Computers for all your computer repair needs.

I have been taking all of my computers here for years and they are great! I also buy their refurbished laptops and not had any issues with any of them.

The guy there was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and suggested options instead of being pushy like a Geek Squad person. He completed the work professionally the same day for a fair price. He even dusted my computer as a courtesy.

What a great PC shop/repair/build place. The phone was answered right away. They had an old graphics card on hand and sold it to me for a very fair price. The refurbished computers looked to be a good deal and their custom builds, too. Will be recommending. Thank you!

I believe his name was Mike but long story short he was amazing. I was having issues with my very first build and he fixed my issue and cleaned up all of my cables for an amazing price! I will be there again.

5 star experience! I came in for some troubleshooting as I know just enough to get in trouble. My water cooler is busted and the owner helped me find the right replacement, and their prices are fair as well. I'm capable of replacing the parts myself, just wasn't sure the right parts I needed. No pressure to leave my equipment there or anything and was upfront with his pricing. Thank you!

I want to start by saying that Mike went way above and beyond what I would have expected. He took the time to go over a list of parts I forwarded him for a required computer build. He sent over his recommendations that he felt would be better for my requirements with reasons for each. I took his advise and had him assemble the computer once I received the parts.

In todays environment it is hard to find such a great example of customer service, so for this I am truly grateful. I will make sure I let everyone know about this place. Thank you Mike.

I took my laptop to add memory, specifically told the tech to save the old memory because I needed it for another computer. When I came to pick up unit and asked for my old sticks of memory he said that "oops" I recycled it. This is practically stealing from customers, taking something that doesn't belong to them. Spoke with him to try to get a credit on my next purchase, he (the guy on the wheelchair) got rubbed the wrong way and said won't give me credit or return my old stick of memory.

In my experience, Not the best place you can go to service your computers. Furthermore, they move around almost every year. They certainly live up to their name as "Big Bite" from customers memory sticks.

Excellent service! Took my son's laptop in and was called back with a diagnostic within an hour! They are very professional and I immediately felt comfortable the issue would be resolved. The repairs were done earlier than expected on top of it! Very reasonable repair pricing on top of stellar service you cannot beat that! Bonus they are really close to my home so I WILL be back for sure!

Found this repair shop with I needed my laptop screen repaired. Their cost was reasonable and they provided a quick turn around on the repair. I will definitely use Big Byte for future repairs.

I go to this place for random parts all the time! It's a family owned place which I really like! Mike is extremely intelligent and up to date with computers and other electronics. I recommend BigByte to ANYONE looking for computer repairs, upgrades, maintenance or even a whole new machine. They won't steer you wrong here!

Finding a quality computer technician in today's world is honestly harder than you would think. We've been through several tech's and lately I've been forced to do all our upgrades personally. Finally, I stumbled on Big Byte Computers. I had them upgrade the RAM and hard drives in our server for our company. It was an unusual situation as they were dealing with a 12 year old computer. Michael was great, he was very helpful in offering solutions on areas we are able to upgrade with the old computer.

We opted to install 2 separate 1 TB drives (1 as a backup) and then some additional RAM. Since we use our server 6 days a week they were able to do after hours work (at add'l cost) and work late Saturday to upgrade the entire system. I picked it up from them Sunday morning and I could't be happier. They delivered what they promised and went above and beyond by working off hours for us. I'll go to them for all our future computer needs. Michael has been very helpful.

Went to Big Byte after paying for an estimate at a computer 'doctor' company, which quoted an additional $400 to fix problem. Big Byte fixed it for $60. It was the second time I used them. Will go to them first next time. Mike is especially nice and helpful! Thanks!
