Fast Fix Computer Repair

They fixed my ps4 a while ago, they had it for a day or two and it's worked great! Nothing to complain about and the workers were great and helpful, definitely recommend and would come back for anything else to be repaired.

Awesome experience. Every other repair shop I went to gave me a 2-3 week ETA for a simple diagnostic. This guy did it in 5-10 minutes. Definitely coming back here.

Gabe did a great job. I brought my laptop in last Wednesday around Noon when it was locking up preventing control, showing a "blue screen, " and overheating. To give an idea of actually how fast is Fast Fix, Gabe repaired and had my laptop working again by 4:30 that same day. I would definitely bring my laptop back again.

Very dedicated individual. They were randomly closed when I went to pick up my computer and I appreciated that he helped me get it into my little Prius. very knowledgeable. At first, I thought he wasn't responsive because he didn't respond to website form, but once I had his email he was very responsive. Would absolutely work with him again. Only reason I'm giving 4-stars is because of website and some misunderstandings about parts. I will be working with owner in the future, but could improve processes.

A while back I gave them a very unfair review they're very diligent definitely knowledgeable I happen to be going through some personal things at the time but I highly recommend them I apologize for any negative publicity did I send out towards this shop the owners awesome individual and willing to help you and anything that you need

Gabe is the man. He helped me out with a problem when another 5 star place couldn't and also helped me upgrade my current pc couldn't find a better place and hopefully I don't need to but if I had too I would come again

Gabe is great! I used to do all my own computer maintenance, repairs and upgrades. Now I don't trust myself to stay current on everything. Enter Fast Fix. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Service is fast. They don't oversell. And most of all, they are super knowledgeable. If your computer could perform better (and it probably could), bring it here!

I chose this business after calling around to several. This was the only place that 1) didn't condescend to me, 2) didn't try to upsell me on stuff I know I didn't need, 3) didn't quote me over 2 weeks for the simplest of repairs, and 4) didn't charge me unreasonable prices for a simple replacement of the power supply and case fans. Overall had a fantastic experience and had my PC quickly up and running so I could get back to my remote job with confidence in the service it was given.

We paid Fast Fix over 2 months ago to fix a single broken key on my laptop. We were told it would need a whole new keyboard. Their price of $260 was about $60 higher than a few other phone quotes however it sounded like they could get it done the fastest. However instead of days it took weeks. When we went to pick up the computer it was instantly clear that they had installed the wrong keyboard and it didn't fit the laptop.

They acknowledged it and said they'd call the company to get the correct part and get it taken care of, and not to worry because they offer a warranty on all their work anyway. I gave them several weeks and they never contacted back. When I followed back up I was told this was going to have to come out of his pocket as though he was trying to guilt me for wanting what I had paid for.

I had to keep following up and finally he had me drop it off to be fixed. Again it wasn't ready when promised and finally he contacted me to say this part still wasn't right. I had told him 6 weeks ago we were moving out of state and needed this taken care of soon. Now he says we're trying to "rush" him. Seriously mind blowing that he could say with a straight face that several months to get this fixed is an unreasonable amount of time.

They need definitely need to re-name their business. He refuses to refund and doesn't have the ability to get the job done right. Instead of apologizing he just blames an ex-employee. I would strongly advice that you go elsewhere and save yourself a lot of time, money and hassle. To those that are dealing with a similar situation with this company, if you paid with a credit or debit card banks will typically back you up when you pay for a service you don't receive.

Quick alteration for my desk top! They did an amazing job. My video car was too big for the space it was supposed to be in. Fast fix, made sure it looked good, re-routed my tubes from my water cool so I wouldn't have the issue in the future and altered my case to access what I needed to in my PC without having to go inside, not only that, but was concerned about how much I WANTED to spend as opposed to trying to make a quick buck with a shotty job. No negotiations at all, just a quick good price for good work. Thank you!

Nick was great! He answered all my questions, told me exactly what it would take to get my gaming computer back up and running and did the work the same day! Fast Fix Computer Repair is my place of choice for computer repair! I highly recommend going to see Nick!

I showed up to their shop after visiting a few others. They quickly diagnosed my issue and the pricing couldn't be beat! They don't even mark up parts... it's awesome!

These guys really know their stuff and treat people fairly. We will use them again for sure!
