After a few bad experience in flagstaff, Mark took my computer in and figured out the issue I was having just an hour or two after I dropped it off. The guy, Brandon, opened up and talked with me and let me nerd out a bit and hooked me up with some great products to makey older computer hum. I haven't got it back yet but I could tell they were going to treat me right. I will update when I get my system.

I cannot say enough about the services Mark provided. I had a very stubborn home networking problem and had exhausted my ability to troubleshoot. He had the problem resolved in a little more than an hour - talking me thru everything he was doing the whole time. Can't recommend highly enough

RAD computers saved the day when our main church computer crashed. We use it for streaming and recording so it was imperative that we get it fixed. We needed a very hard to find processor and they ordered it right away. As soon as the CPU we needed was delivered, Paul and the owner Mark got right to work. They spent about 2 hours with us in shop explaining everything and got it fixed that same night.

Mark even came to us and helped replace the CPU cooler that failed the next day! I wish we had went to them to build our computer instead of buying online! They offer great pricing, amazing and timely support. We definitely will be using them in the future for ALL of our computer needs.

Mark is absolutely wonderful. We had just gotten horrible family news, and I am afraid I lost it a little bit from my grief. Mark was very kind and worked hard to solve my phone problem quickly on the spot as I had to fly out of the country. It was high stakes for me. He not only solve the problem with incredible intelligence and a deep understanding of all things technical, but as I was having more work done on my laptop, he also didn't even charge me for solving my phone problem. Came here a few years ago and still have yet to experience any issues. When I came he was able to change motherboard, CPU, and the GPU. Ran tests made sure there were no issues with the PC. Yet that is only one thing done here there are many others tech issues that can be resolved at this establishment. Fair pricing and good service definitely recommend to anyone with tech issues.

Mark's on top of it. Had a quirky issue with the BIOS accepting a new CPU, and he got it squared away within 24 hours. Repeat customer here, and will be back (hopefully not :) ), but if I do need something, I'll be revisiting Mark again. Best thing is he's only 3 miles from my house. It was my production workstation and I was admittedly anxious about getting it back, but Mark understands that and is patient and polite and doesn't give the run-around. 5 stars all around. Took my Xbox One into these guys and they fixed it in no time right in front of me. Super nice guys that also take their work seriously, and it shows.

Mark was able to fix my 2013 MacBook Pro trackpad for over $300 less than what Apple quoted me. They told me my entire keyboard needed replacement; Mark found the trackpad for $40 and had it installed within the week. I will DEFINITELY be using Rad for all my repair work in the future, and highly recommend everyone to do the same.

Nick was fantastic, fixed my computer from a failing hard drive and clean up all the viruses at a very reasonable price which was lower then couple other places that I contacted. I can see why he gets so many five stars ratings. Keep up the great work!
