I thought Tom was pretty decent and did a good job getting my computer to run like new. He did put a ssd drive which sped up the boot time the computer goes through at start up. It seems to work very good and i have no issues.

Been using Tom for dozens of years. In general, I think he's great. Unfortunately, the last upgrade he did installing a SSD was really a disappointment to me. Now I want to upgrade my PC to make it VR and Windows 11 compatible. But I am reluctant to use him again. I hope he responds to this post.

Called ahead to ask for a quote on fixing my PC, was told there was a 100 dollar flat rate plus parts. Had my dad take it in while i was at work, he was told its a 135 flat rate plus parts. When i went to pick it up i was told it was 145 flat rate plus parts. The price increased 3 times and he installed so much unnecessary software on it, slowed it down to the point i just got rid of it instead.

Tom the owner was a really nice guy he definitely knows what he's doing not a Salesman he is a technician and work with me on what I wanted and what he could do for me actually he was able to do anything I wanted and nobody could touch his prices anywhere else. He has computers for sale and can fix your computer either or thank you Tom my granddaughter thoroughly enjoys what you did okay. You are A step above

This place is great! I live in Sarasota and it was worth the drive for the awesome service. Tom, the technician worked straight on my issue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with a low cost fix! Thomas Lacey is a great problem solver. I had a problem with my laptop, went to another computer store, spent over $200 and they couldn't fix it! I thought my data was lost forever until Tom fixed it for me. He was very patient and gave me a great deal too!
