The two young men working on June 10th were amazing! Such good customer service! I was looking for an attachment for my computer charger and they were very swift with helping me find what I was looking for! Highly recommend!

Very helpful knowledge staff. Justin was awesome, I came in with a few hardware requirments to build a 3d modeling work station and he was able to fill in the gaps to get me exactly what I needed.

This was my second attempt at trying to repair my laptop's broken screen. The first time, my laptop was too new for parts to be available. The second time, this store didn't return my phone call despite leaving a message with the owner. I called back, and they expressed inability to help/check if parts were available without me bringing the laptop in again.

Why didn't you save the information the first time? My laptop is fragile from being broken (by me) and taken apart by them. I don't have any time to waste. Customer-based service would be appreciated.

I'm extremely happy with my experience at PCG! My laptop's fan stopped working, so I dropped it off for same-day repair. About an hour later I got a call from Anthony, who told me that the fan was back to working condition and that the laptop was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that one of my laptop's hinges had suddenly broken (no doubt because of my overuse of the computer) and that it would need some impromptu repairs.

A guy named Luis worked hard to make sure the hinges would function properly and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. I'm no mechanic, but I understand how annoyingly unpredictable computers can be when it comes to repairs, so I seriously appreciate Anthony and Luis's dedication to ensuring I walked away from the shop with a working computer. I hope I don't have anymore computer issues in the future, but if I do, I guarantee that I'll be giving PCG a call! Thanks again, guys!

I called and spoke with Anthony. I sent him my computer model & battery type which desperately needed to be replaced. He was kind, articulate, knowledgable & extremely service oriented! I greatly appreciate the level of service! He also recommended that I purchase a genuine plug as opposed to the one I came in with, explaining that it strains & wares out my battery much faster. I will use them again & will refer them! thank you

100% the best place in Tampa for PC enthusiasts! Extremely helpful staff who know their stuff on computers! Significantly better service and prices than BestBuy or other big electronic chains. Staff unpackaged a whole liquid cooler just so I could see if it had a specific bracket. Will be back!

Good customer service. they offer a short term financing called ACIMA, for personal purposes it was godsend to me. The prices are not that great sadly, even though the owner is as good person and very dedicated to his business and the staff is very attentive to the customers. If they changed the prices to be competitive I would give 5 stars. I would recommend to ask for advice or give a look at what prices they have, some are competitive but most aren't.

Jack and Justin are great individuals. Came in with a bunch of questions and a trade in, they provided great service and insight into computer building. Left less anxious and the owner of a quality product they the had for sale. Also the trade in value was a fair amount by all means. Thank you guys running halo infinite at minimum of 80 from fully max out on 1080p.

The owner, Brett, and the staff were pretty great! They took care of my problem and helped me walk out satisfied and with a clean running build! I will definitely come back in the future!

This past August, I ordered custom build for a gaming PC and have procrastinated leaving a review. My apologies. I had been wanting to shift from console to PC for a long time and went with PCG. I was close to ordering a prebuilt PC online, but read horrible reviews of shipped PC from Cali arriving with snapped RAM, cracked cases, and graphics card DOA with 6 hour customer service phone lines, ect ect ect. Before, I did a bit of research on computers (as a noob) but was honest in what I didn't know and Anthony helped me fill in the blanks. Admittedly, the first guy I talked to assumed I was stupid and tried to sell me a $3500 prebuild.

Maybe that's just me, but there's a lot of guys that work here so he might've just been a fluke. Nevertheless, Anthony was amazeballs. I came in there with a chunk of knowledge and learned a bit on my way out, too. The professionalism and the brutal honesty was very refreshing. Was I a little over budget? Yes- but not by much. I also paid for peace of mind.

I know that if I have any problems or questions, these guys will stand behind their product. Buying online might be cheaper but so much riskier. (Building your own is a whole nother ball game.) They also have a few 3070tis on the shelf, not sure if they do so now. Everything is smooth and I'm having so much fun. (And no, I'm not playing Fortnite ffs) Thanks again!

What a wonderful place. Top-notch people. I came in with a hard-to-fit RAM challenge and I was helped within 2 minutes. They got my RAM in place in no time flat, and said it was too quick a fix and they wouldn't charge me. I offered to give him a $20 tip and he refused. Really quality professionals to act this way. I will definitely return, and would recommend them for whatever your computer repair needs -- because you know they will be fair. Also had a great display gallery for building your ideal PC.

I needed a new motherboard. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly (better than before) after replacing it. When we got home, VR headset was not being recognized. They figured out after extensive research that it was a "driver booster" program that was previously we had installed two years ago. I fully expected to be charged a service fee for the diagnostic and bios work but they called it warranty work since they had just installed the motherboard. I've used PCG for repairs at least 8 tomes in 3 years. No problem too big or small+ QuAlity work + Fair pricing = loyal customer.

Had a change of plans and found out over the weekend I had to fly out Monday and my laptop was at PCG for repair. I reached out after hours and was pleasantly surprised the owner got in touch with me and drove all the way down to his shop to open it up on Sunday the day they're normally closed just so I could take my laptop on my trip. not only is there customer service above and beyond they did a great job fixing it A good friend of mine pointed me in the direction of Performance Computer Group and now, I am telling everyone (friends, family, strangers too!) to go to PCG for any of their computer concerns :-). Thank You
