Extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I spoke with Tim, who helped me in choosing a new laptop overall, as the laptop I have that I was seeking to get fixed was pretty much done for. So, rather than waste my money, he was honest and helped me with what direction I could look based on my needs for the computer. Super helpful!

I found this place after I cracked my laptop screen. I'm a graduate student with tight assignment deadlines. When I called to get an estimate he offered me an alternative solution I could use while waiting for my repair. The service was exceptional, responsive, fast, and an affordable fix. Would highly recommend visiting this place if your computer is in need of urgent repair.

Pros: Friendly customer service. They called a few times just to verify what was going on before they began work. Matt was very good at explaining every thing. I gave the PC at 10:30 am and it was ready by 2:00 pm that same day! That may be atypical but still very commendable regardless! They are close by to USF/New Tampa. They are in a small plaza with Hungry Howies across the street from Popeye's on Florida avenue just south of Bearss intersection.

A hard drive had to be replaced. It was $160 plus tax total. I'm sure BB or other big places would have been $200 plus. Cons: None. Note: Their minimum fee is $79. If additional parts/labor are needed, it will be added to that amount.

I spent 2 days trying to figure out what was wrong with our computer and got nowhere. Matt got it up and running in no time and for very reasonable $. Annoying, but what can you do.

Excellent customer service and sold me a reliable and fast PC. I have been using it for a week and handles Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate, and Camtasia with ease. It also comes with a one-year warranty. I do recommend ISORM to others.

I had ISORM completely take apart my pc. I had them replace the motherboard, cpu cooler, power supply unit, and switch from an SSD to an M.2. Their service was amazing. Tim loves to build computers, that love shows as he worked all day on my pc and had it literally done the same day. I brought the pc in at 11:30am and he had it done by 5:55pm that same day.

Not to mention their pricing is amazing. For the labor done they have excellent prices. Currently as of this review, they charged 100$ for complex labor such as this one. But for basic labor they charge only $79.99 Any other place would charge hourly, and charge an arm and a leg. Matt, was extremely professional and kind. He runs the business side very well and treats his customers kindly.

They both know what they're doing and they're both confident and good at what they do. I will definitely be going back and would 100% recommend them to any PC enthusiast or anyone who needs help fixing their laptop, desktop, or even their microwave.

Extremely happy with the service these guys provide. I mainly worked with Tim(awesome dude) and he figured out a number of issues with my system. Updated me daily on the progress and took care of wire management too. I wont go anywhere else for PC services. YOU GUYS ROCK!

These guys did a great job for me. Saved my machine at a value and transferred data like it never happened. Hard drive, WiFi card and memory. Could have pushed me into a new computer but did right by the whole experience. Will recommend and return.

My PC crashed and bottom line is that I got exceptional expertise and knowledge from these guys, fair pricing, fast turn-a-round. HIGHLY recommended. My 7 year old PC crashed and I was sure I would need to get a new one. NOPE, repaired and upgraded for a quarter the cost of a new one and no need to upload all my stuff. I will never go anywhere else.

This place is great! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went into their store looking for a very specific 8 pin splitter for a mining rig I am building. Two other places in Tampa didn't even know what I was asking for when I called, these guys not only knew exactly what I needed but had it in stock as well! 10/10 would recommend. Great local place with lots help and parts for your computer needs.

These folks are awesome! I ruined my mother board by accident. Brought it into I S O R M Computers Monday, Tim said he'd order a new motherboard, It came in that Thursday. Called me and advised me of the progress. Called me again Monday, said it was ready, recommended a solid state drive. Had it installed, works great, much faster. I highly recommend this very helpful team. I had a custom built PC from a local shop that ended up having quite a few issues. The guys at ISORM rebuilt it correctly, replacing damaged parts (motherboard and CPU) as well as improving the cooling system and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I brought it in on a Monday and picked it up two days later completely redone and ready to rock. Great stuff.

My keyboard went out on my HP after only owning it a year and a half I purchased it brand new from a large electronic store. HP wanted nearly $500 to fix it and a month to get it back to me. Tim was fantastic he ordered the part had it in within a matter of days & told me it would take 24 hours to fix it. 4 hours later he called me it was done! I will never take a computer for repair to anywhere else but here!

Patient, knowledgeable and fair! After trying to figure out why my fiance's computer will not work, asking friends and googling answers, we came here for a second opinion with a custom built gaming computer. The first guy we brought it to was firing the parts cannon telling my fiance to buy ram, buy a new board and buy a new power supply. Just by looking at the gaming setup ISORM told us right away that things were out of place and needed to be fixed and got the computer working after a few days! they told us exactly what we needed to buy and was up front with the cost of repair. did not push us to spend hundreds more dollars to get the perfect setup. i assure you, what theyre charging to diagnose and fix the computer is TIME SAVING and WORTH EVERY PENNY! this place will be the go to for anything computer related.

They have a knack for dealing with introverts and for making a little old lady comfortable using a computer. Our computer needs are minimal, but we never get pushed aside. I found out the part used to replace my previous fan doesn't fit properly and stopped working within two months. It's pretty disappointing to learn. The laptop worked for two months just fine until this new, Chinese fan that was a mismatch no longer worked.

Brought an HP laptop that had been dropped on the floor. Screen was shot. They replaced it within a few days and ran software to make sure the hard drive was not damaged also. I paid $100 for the screen and $90 for labor. HP wanted $400. Great job, I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service when I really needed it the most. Matt was able to get the bugs out of the laptop and when I got it back it was running as fast or even better than when it was new. I really appreciate the great service.

Went to ISORM to have a laptop screen replaced. Quoted $129 by Tim, the tech on Waters Street. Tim called and said I didn't need a new screen. Come to find out that the Best Buy in Wisconsin that replaced the screen two years ago, never taped the contact. Tim fixed the issue, did a complete clean-up, and inspection for the cost of a standard service.about half the cost of the screen. This type of honesty and quality service is much appreciated. I will definitely recommend ISORM to my friends and family.
