I was happy with my laptop, but when the casing was damaged I sent it in for a repair, that was more than four months ago. Since I've had nothing but problems trying to get answers or a timeline. The various departments do not communicate with each other. Nothing happens on time, when you attempt to follow up with management they give you excuses and attitude. Once I receive my laptop, if that ever happens I plan on never dealing with these people again.

I've never felt more disrespected by a company than with XoticPC. I am now on my 7th call with them in the last 15 days to try and get a return shipping label so that they can repair a 1 month old laptop with a corrupted hard drive. 7 calls later on top of the additional $40 invoice for a return label (paid a week ago) and yet can't even be sent the label. I don't understand how a business can function like this but I certainly will never work with them again after the abysmal customer experience I've had.

Bought an HP Omen 17 laptop, their site listed the specs as having a 1440p 165hz display, but the laptop I received had a 1080p 144hz display. After I told them, they fixed the specs but refused to give me a refund for the difference in specs. Their price was also much higher than purchasing through HP directly.

Bought a custom gaming laptop from this company and it came with a shotty windows installation and full of bloatware. All I wanted was a computer to play casual games in and this thing won't even run Google Chrome. Have had several specialists look at it and all of them informed me that there's a good chance I got scammed. Will not be doing business with this company again.

The dates and times given for laptops to arrive changed drastically. I checked to see if the model I wanted was in stock before ordering I was told it was. After ordering, I couldn't get a clear response until about 12 business days later where I was told. The model I wanted wouldn't be in until June. Why not just tell me so I could browse and try something else?!

First off several years ago I purchased a laptop that I was satisfied with so I decided to order a pc on March 1st that stated ready to ship on the website. Almost a month later it still hasn't been shipped. I would have never purchased this pc if I would have known it would take this long but when something states ready to ship you would figure it would be shipped with in A couple of days.
After talking to customer service which takes over an hour with constantly calling them back because it auto hangs ups on you someone will finally answer to tell you that ready to ship means parts are in stock and it should be shipping soon. On top of that I got financing through one of their options who will out source this to another 3rd party company that will try to screw you over and cause you to miss your buy out option and you will have to pay double the pc price.
This company has fallen off a cliff in a matter of a couple of years do not buy anything from them you are better off with any other company with all the baits and switches to the poor customer service and shipping times.

If I could rate them a negative I would. If I could rate them a negative I would but it's not an option. I purchased the MSI 76 GE Raider Laptop on November 03, 2021. When purchasing the laptop the preorder date stated that I would receive my laptop between November 15 -30 of 2021. Well, that time came and passed, and when reaching out to customer service they stated that I would receive my laptop in December 2022. December 2021 came and passed.
I reached back out to customer service in January 2022 to see if there have been any status updates. The representative of XOTIC PC stated that I would receive my laptop in February 2022. Throughout this whole process, I've been patiently waiting to receive my laptop since November 2021. XOTIC PC never reached out to me to keep me up to date with the progress of my order. I, reached out to XOTIC PC on January 25, 2022, regarding my order status. XOTIC PC told me that the laptop that I ordered in November 2021 is now End of Life and that MSI was not fulfilling any more orders.
I patiently waited almost 3 months just for them to tell me sorry that the laptop you ordered is now End of Life. I could not accept that as the answer. I immediately called MSI, and they stated that they still have the model laptop I purchase on their website, and it's not End of Life. I tried to reach out to XOTIC PC to relay the message I receive from MSI.
I noticed they begin to screen my phone calls, and I was never able to get in contact with them via phone. The only way I could reach them was through the online chat service. I ask to speak with a manager and the only response I got was an email address for management. I also would like to add that one of the customer service representative hung the phone up in my face.
I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with XOTIC PC and its customer service. They never made me feel like a valued customer, and I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

Some of the worst customer service in a crowded history of bad customer service. Still haven't received the PC I ordered a month ago. The rep I've been dealing with for weeks stonewalls and attempts bait-n-switch tactics. No managers are around, according to him, and it's like some Kafka nightmare. Folks, don't walk away from this company but run for your sanity and any faith you had in small business.

Ordered a laptop on the 16th of September, 2021 with a ETA of November. I knew it was a preorder going into it but trusted the company to deliver the laptop sometime within the next few months. November rolls around and no word about my order. The order status still sat "ordered: ETA November". Again I waited, trusting the company. By the middle of December, with still no word on my order or any change in status, I reached out to customer support to ask for an update.
I was then told that ASUS had pushed the delivery date for the laptops to February and they apologized for the inconvenience. Well I'm here to tell you that it is now January and I just received an email to inform me that the brand new, preordered laptop is considered End of Life and they cannot receive anymore and that they will now be canceling my order.
For a quick TLDR: Xotic listed a product that they never had, charged me for a preorder that never happened, then held my money for 3 and a half months. Take your money elsewhere.
