These guys are the best there is. they have fixed my old Gateway PC a few times. when it bit the dust, they fixed some problems on my Dell XPS, they were cheaper than Dell paid support and they were evan better. Dell don't cover software under warranty. these folks were cheaper on service than what it would cost for Dells extended service plan. Dell is good computer, these guys are the best for service. please note: as of my last contact with these guys, they only work with commercial accounts. I am not sure if they are still operating. I miss them.
