Service has gone downhill. Just recently we had our computer in for maintainance as we have a contract.had always liked their service but they sent us home without a key component and we had to travel back to get it from Fremont.then found that our computer's wireless system wouldn't stay on and called. Women who answered said we had to bring computer in as couldn't talk us thru it then accused our service provider of 'foisting' its problems back on them, when clearly it wa s computer problem. I went on line and found three solutions-one of which I was able to do that worked. We need a new computer but won't go back to Schrock!

I went to this shop once 3 years ago. just got a very scammy-looking text message. Like, it looks exactly like the random text messages you get from India about how you won $10,000 and all you have to do is click a link. Screw company's that market this way.

Most recently James helped us work through some issues with our printer/scanner and 2 laptops. He was very helpful and patient. As their commercial states, "if it's a quick fix, there's no charge." The items we were charged for were reasonable. Everyone I've interacted with (Paula, Brian) in the Omaha store has been professional and friendly.

Schrock Innovations is always there to help me and give me good advice. They are very patient and kind. Parker was my helper today and he was great.

Did their work properly and everything functions as it should but there were some issues after the build I had done there, they offered to fix any issue for free so I'm giving then 4 stars but the initial issue that persists is why I can't give 5.

I recieved this computer as a gift in 2014 or 2015. It is still going strong and still has the capability to run a vast majority of applications and games smoothly. I upgraded the video card and when I ran into trouble with getting it to fit appropriately I brought it in and the tech put the part in appropriately for free. Staff is nice and products are quality. I plan on having them build my next computer so that it will have VR capabilities.

Went in for a repair. Would cost more than laptop was worth. Looked at what they had in stock. It was a effect for the lady to give any details on a new laptop. We have them put a virus protection on 2 separate computers. They do it at different times and even after I told them to take my credit card off their files still get billed

Jeff did a good job helping me get my printer back connected to my computer. It was not printing and he helped solve the problem. Jeff was very helpful. I appreciate the Schrock Desk immensely.

I had Schrock (Jeff) download data from work computer to my new personal computer and separate out the two emails. Work was done timely and correct and a couple of follow up questions were answered by connecting remotely to my machine and showing me what I needed to do. I appreciate the quality and integrity shown

Service Service Service. Jeff at the Village Point location is very helpful and patient. He maintains his professionalism even when I'm struggling with the simplest tasks. His knowledge and ability to help are huge. The remote session made it easy for him to make the changes needed and get me on my way Thanks!

Had trouble getting into quickbooks account. technician Jeff was very very very good at his profession in getting our account up and running. i want to commend him HIGHLY! We are so glad to be a part of the Schrock Family. we refer you often to everyone.

Jeff is an excellent person to work with. He explained everything. We were very pleased with him extra time explaining things to us. We'll be back!

Schrock Innovations replaced my old hard drive with a solid state drive improving my computer's performance considerably. And when it is time to get a new computer, they can just put this solid state hard drive and the new ram from this computer into the new one. When changing the drive, they were able to clone the old drive so it not only still had all my software on the new drive but it also knew my network.

Just had to plug in the improved computer and get to work. They also installed a program that protects my computer from all viruses and trojans. The service was great and the tech very knowledgeable. Will call on them for all future computer needs.

I've listened to Schrock Innovations for years on 1040 WHO. Thor and his team know that it takes to serve customers needs in Technology. I have learned a lot from the radio show and am excited to see this service center open in West Des Moines. If I ever need anything for computer repair - it's awesome to have these guys in town, instead of always going to a big-box stores - local repair, local folks, and if you ever run into issues they fix it on the spot.
