So don't expect like some big store front or really any type of commercial set up. It's not the easiest to find and parking may be even harder. However, the guy there definitely knows what he is doing and that alone makes up for the lack of parking. Personally I prefer this style over going to a conventional style "shop" anyway. Throughout the entire process Jeff made me feel like he genuinely cared about my equipment and I can appreciate that. I'll be back. 5/5 definitely recommend for any computer issue large or small.

I read the positive reviews and went in to go get my laptop fixed. I recommend that you read the negative reviews as well. Jeff made me extremely uncomfortable. From the moment I stepped into the cluttered office he was rude. He rolled his eyes, scoffed, and said bad things about other customers to me. His tone was awful - not charming, lighthearted, or entertaining.
This is a man with serious resentment of his own customers. He was unable to fix my laptop because I had forgotten the charger at home, and he didn't charge me for his consultation, so it is true that he is honest with his prices. At that point, however, I just wanted to leave. If you read through this page you can see Jeff's responses to negative reviews- he denies responsibility and throws insults at his own clientele.

Jeff is so great! I took my macbook to him and he was very thorough and he explained everything he was doing and needed to be done to me. He is very honest and skilled, you can tell that the second you hear him talk. Bus most important, he is very friendly and great fun to be around! I will bring every computer I ever have!

It's a one-man, tiny place -- but that means Jeff can give you great service and a fantastic deal. I called around, and everyone else wanted twice as much in labor to replace my laptop screen. Jeff did it quickly and well. The only drawback, and it's minor, is that he doesn't take plastic -- but he takes a wide variety of other electronic payment methods, as well as the old standbys of cash and checks.
