I have been to this testing site twice. The first time, it was a great experience. The second time was horrible and uncomfortable. The front desk person was not welcoming. I originally signed up for the test but when I get to the testing site, I find out via Yelp that the location classes 1 hour after my exam starts (these tests require more than 1 hour).
I convey my concern respectfully and the front desk person does not seem to either understand me but I felt judged, unwelcomed, and almost treated like a child. I am not sure where I exactly offended him/her/them but I was very kind. I want to leave this place and just cry. The person did not display any sense of kindness and welcoming. After seeing their attitude, I just wanted to leave and get it over with.
I will never return to this place. I literally made every attempt to be friendly and express myself in a professional manner when I would speak to them, but there was no way to it. The young gentleman who works there was very nice but the front desk person does not embody nor display basic customer service. I wish you growth and success but I will not be returning here.

Juan Rodriguez the owner of the company, he is great and wonderful person, he try his best to help students as well as sticking to the rules, he is the best, his staffs are super helpful, the Syrian guy God bless him, he is awesome, Mr Rodriguez, I truly appreciate your help, you are the best, Toefl should give you 5 star or even moreI had exam on July 15 and he really help me overcome my anxiety, he is super supportive, I attended this Toefl test for a long period of time, every time so stressed out, but this time he tried his best, to make environment so calm hence I could focus more and finally I got better results in reading and listening

Take my test today, scared to choose this test spot because of the bad review. For me the procedure works smoothly and the staff are friendly and helpful. They give pencil and papers. The room is not too big so it was a little awkward when you are speaking alone( if your test require speaking) the bad thing is they use box papaer to separate candidates, which doesn't matter a lot but you can still see what the one sitting next to you is doing.( Writing or typing

I came here to take my AWS Certification test today and it was a easy process. The place was easy to find if you look at Google map before hand and read the instructions on the email. Wearing a mask and temperature check is enforce so bare that in mind. They have lockers for you to put your stuff in before they let you into the room to take your exam. I didn't have any issues while taking the exam and didn't even use the piece of paper they give me. Parking is 90 minutes free then anything over is about a dollar per hour.

Best school I ever been, I was a confused when I left Active Duty. But I came to IDT and I received the mentorship, and support that I need it to get into a whole different field. Now I'm in a better place with a career that I really like, and as before getting into IT, it pays well and its always a challenge. So get your certifications and go to work

When I was unemployed, I decided it was a good time to expand my IT knowledge and update my skills. I found IDT Learning, and right away I realized this was a 'good fit' for what I needed! I can feel the hospitality, and can tell the instructors were warm and patient- that's what I needed! The counselor, Emilio, and the owner, Juan, took the time to get to know me, and explain to me the benefits of the different courses.
They advised me and helped me through the entire process and class. I registered for the MCSE class, and I loved it! The instructor, Victor, is top-notch! I spent years in school prior to this and can honestly say he is one of the easiest to follow, funniest, and valuable instructors I've ever had! The class was very small, and so I had a lot of one-to-one interaction with the instructor- it was almost like tutoring.
I landed an interview with a large company, and because I was well-prepared from the class, I landed the job! The best part is- this is the highest amount of money I have ever made! The classes at IDT and certifications will pay for themselves several times over! If you're on the fence about IDT, I say go for it! It was well worth it for me!

Technology is evolving non-stop, day by day. After many years working as a Graphic Designer/Art Director for Print media, I seriously needed to add Online skills to survive. I spent so many hours cherry-picking a school for my web-related education. Thank God I came to the right place. I am just finishing the intensive web master class. I have learned everything you would need to know about HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Flash. The office recently moved to a great location in downtown Glendale making it convenient as well as student-friendly with many restaurants and shops within walking distance to class. Juan Rodriguez is a wonderful instructor and mentor. This school wants you to be a success, giving students the personal attention and skills necessary for today's job market.

All the staff members are amazing here, the instructor for the course I am taking is extremely knowledgeable on all the course material. I have tried other technical institutes, they don't come a close second to the information I am learning here. I am definitely recommending everyone to enroll here at IDT.

IDT is a professional IT Training school. They listen to student's questions and answer them clearly and concisely. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. I have completed six classes. It is very convenient to have the testing center here also. I recomment IDT to anyone looking to learn how to work in the IT community.
