Aweful just aweful. I purchased a printer and had it less than two months. It prints when it feels like and 1/2 the time pages jam trying to come out of the undercarraige of the printer. When I contact the company for a replacement or repair as they said garuneteed for 90 days, they gave me the hardest time. Send this, send that. It should be enough that I proved I purchased it and said there are issues.

In addition I reported the issues on the 9th and here it is the 17th and still no resolution. As alot of people I work from home and need my equipment to work. I cannot wait weeks on end for someone to respond to be or fix the issues. If I could post with zero stars I would.

Second time around using compubiz for some printers for work and they were able to fulfill my order in a timely manner. Mike was wonderful and professional and I would highly recommend this business if u need any type of computers or printers.

Ordered a few HP printers from this place for work purposes and have had no issues with any of them. Raul and Stanley both were helpful when i had questions regarding the printer. Product and customer service worth 5 stars.

I do not recommend this place, if I could give zero stars, I would. They sold me a defective printer through Overstock.com and refuse to make it right. Filing a reversal with my bank as well as complaints with the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, and the Attorney General's office.

Bought what we thought was a new hp printer, it failed after 4 months and Compubiz suggested we reach out to hp. Then went into hp web lookup and found out the warranty expired about 1 year BEFORE we bought it!

I ordered a printer from this place. When it arrived it didn't work, so I waited a week for them to send a new power cord. Still didn't work. Then they told me to send it back, AT MY OWN EXPENSE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FAULTY. Not too happy!

Purchased a printer through Overstock and this is the company that sent us a printer. After receiving the first printer from this company it had a remanufactured black ink sent with it. After going through the setup procedures the black ink will not print. After contacting this company about the problem they sent a new black ink tank for the printer which did not take care of the problem. Made contact again and they sent us an other printer which is the last thing they will do and we still cannot print or copy anything in black.

We contacted Overstock and they will not do anything till a year has gone by. We contacted HP and talked to costumer care and they told us that with every printer that they box up has new ink in them set for that printer. They informed us that no mater how many ink tanks we try it will not work with out the original set up ink tank. Long story short this company removes the tanks and sends empty ones or send none at all.

HP printer ordered. Shipped w/o what was expected to be included in NEW printer, ie Installation Manual and disk, ink cartridges, cables and original packaging. It came in in their box, poorly wrapped and without expected accesories and DEFINITELY TOO BEAT UP TO BE NEW. USED piece of junk. Will never do business with them. Lucky I paid with PayPal and now awaiting resolution. $77 for printer and now shipping I'M paying also. So, After return I'll get back my $77 minus shipping and aggravation. PayPal resoluyion sucks s well.

Caution.you have to sign up for them in order to buy anything. No guest checkout. All I want to do is close my account after I get this printer. If you don't care about signing up in order to purchase, then you might be okay with using them.

We ordered an HP printer from Amazon, fulfilled by this company. Wish I had thought to Yelp these people before ordering. Printer arrived, box undamaged, but the printer had internal issues (confirmed by my techs after contacting HP directly). We have been put off and put off by them, stating they will send a technician. Meanwhile, I have a building without a useable printer. Do not order from these people. They actually had the nerve to question the veracity of the problem.

Don't every buy from this company - I got a printer from them that was bad right out of the box, took weeks to even try to get a refund or replacement, then the company threatened me because I gave them a bad rating telling me they would not give me a refund at all if I did not revise my rating. I refuse to be bullied by this company BUYER BEWARE! They are a rip off and have TERRIBLE customer service. Don't believe me? I had to return the printer I bought from them (I was gifted the same printer) and did not have to go through such a hard time with them. All I had to do was wait for it to reach them and they credited my card right away.

I honestly love this company! They have great service! I will definitely be buying from them again! The product i bought from them was the CF117A HP LaserJet Enterprise. It's a great product for the office! i would recommend this company to anybody! I was satisfied with my buy! The best thing about my order was that free shipping was included!

STAY AWAY! I ordered an HP wireless printer/scanner via Amazon. Paid $93 plus change. On January third, 2014. Printer was installed and printed a good three pages before if went goth. Pink and black was all I could get with future printing endeavors. Long story short, Compubiz sent me a reconditioned printer as a replacement. HELLO WORLD - I bought a new device! Anyway, Mike P. from Compubiz told me that if I would send original printer back and keep the recon, he would refund the original purchase price.

I did. He did not. I paid $93.00 for a recon printer. Never, ever, ever will I deal with Compubiz. Also, I had to remove a negative review that I posted on Amazon about COMPUBIZ's product and service. Which I did. I have audio and emails saved. I want this sh*t out of my house and I will only deal locally.

Awesome company. They shipped the HP Scanjet I ordered the same day. They offer really low prices and FREE shipping too! I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.
