Stopped in Dimension for the first time. I was little "confused" about hooking up a monitor to a laptop and had a couple questions about a docking station. The gentleman answered all of my questions and had the part I needed. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Went home and had everything connected and up in running in about a minute. I was elated! I took my computer here to get my files pulled from it after it stopped working and Best Buy told me it was fried. They quoted me a price but said they would look at it first to make sure it was dead. They were able to fix my computer and save me from having to buy a new computer! After my external hard drive crashed, I waited a month and a half for another local company to run diagnostics and tell me the data would need to be recovered off-site for $1500-$2000. Thank goodness for getting a second opinion from Jim! I walked in on a Friday and within ONE DAY had my precious data in hand for a mere $200.
