In the age of online behemoths who shall remain nameless, it's a pleasure to deal with a small, personable company. I have been using the RadTech BT500 travel mouse heavily on the road (airline pilot) for well over a decade and when it finally needed a repair, they were unbelievably fast to take care of it. As it happened the parts required for repair were buried during a company move so they shipped a brand-new one. Much appreciated!

Love their products and their customer service. I'm currently using a RadSleevz and a ScreenSavrz with the current generation MacBook Pro. I'm very happy with both products being super fussy with taking care of my computer. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the RadSleevz and I'm not sure if it was a defect or something that happened while I owned it. RadTech was great with replacing it and I'm stunned by some of the other reviews of less then fully satisfied customers. I will continue to use, buy and recommend their products in the future.

Extremely disappointed with the product and even more so with the service. I ordered an anti glare film that simply didn't work. When I contacted the company, I was given a list of possible reasons why it didn't work (none of which were disclosed online prior to my purchase. If they had been I would have known not to buy it) but advised that because it was a custom order a refund could not be given.

This is pretty customary so I wrote back and asked for other options to resolve the matter given their 100% satisfaction guarantee (boldly displayed on their homepage & the only reason I felt safe to place an order with them). It has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a reply, so I think it's safe to assume they have no intention of honoring their guarantee. All around bad business.

I purchased a iPhone lightening charging cable in March. It stopped charging the end of June. The Original vendor would not replace it for me. I contacted Rad Tech and spoke with John. He advised me to send it back and they will take a look at it. This was probably one of the best customer support contacts Ive ever had. I asked John to let me know when he received my cable, which he promptly did via email and also told me he's be sending a replacement out the next day. RadTech charging cables are somewhat expensive - but the quality of the cable, the lifetime warranty and excellent customer service support I received makes up for it. I'll never buy $5-$10 chargers at convenience stores ever again! Thanks John and RadTech for standing behind your product!

I bought a RadTech BT500 wireless mouse over 12 years ago directly from Radtech. I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of this mouse over the years. It is very solidly built (as evidenced by my dropping it several times over the time I have had it). About 7 years ago, it stopped working so I sent it in to RadTech on its lifetime warranty offer. RadTech checked it out, made some minor repairs to the board inside and returned it in a matter of days.

They were very quick and courteous with the repair. Fast forward to now (2018) and the mouse stopped working again.not at all unexpected since it has received heavy, heavy usage by me over the 12+ years I have had it. Once again, I was able to take advantage of their lifetime warranty and returned it to them for adjustment and repair. This time, they decided to send me a brand new mouse presumably since I had had it for over 1 decade.

Once again, they turned the order around very quickly and I without the mouse for a very short time. I have always been amazed at their offering a lifetime warranty on this product and even more amazed that a company actually follows through with their promise without trying to weasel their way out of their offer. RadTech has always come through for me with 100% flying colors.

Their BT500 mouse is built solidly, and I have experienced, lasts forever. Please check out all of their products and consider purchasing. This is a great company with great products and great customer service! I give them my highest rating!

AWESOME customer service! I went here to get my ipod fixed. The apple store told me they couldn't help me, another store said it was $20 just to LOOK at the ipod and could be $50-100 to fix it. Radtech looked at it for free. Chris was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose it as a battery issue and fix it for only $10. I'm a very happy customer!

I had a iPhone repaired there and the customer service was exceptional, they went out of their way to fix it right the first time. They also offered a broad selection of Apple products for my Mac and iPad.

RadTech offers a variety of products. The sleevz and screensavrz are sewn in Saint Louis, MO. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon Radtech years ago when I was searching for something to restore the dull and worn bezel on my iPhone. They offered a product called Bezel Blaster, which made my phone look new again. Since then, I've always looked to them for care and protection solutions for my iPhone, iPad and Macbook. They truly have it all; quality products, very knowledgeable staff, and exceptional value for the money.

I was looking online for a cheaper solution than Monster's lightning cable kit for my car. I stumbled across WaveJamr, and RadTech. I noticed the company was local and decided to go over to their store. The staff was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. I left with a WaveJamr and ProCable Line Out Cable, which allows me to wirelessly stream music in my car, eliminating my worry about the Lightning protector, and allowing my phone to remain in my pocket in the car. Overall, I had a great experience and I absolutely love the product. I'd definitely recommend RadTech.
