This is a terrible company. I manage IT solutions for two non-profits and have had issues with lewan at both where the Lewan contracts for printers were existing before me. They have added every secret and hidden fee and entrapment clause they can to contracts. 15% inflation rates on printer supplies year over year (the contract I have with this existed before 2020-2022 inflation). when you seek to cancel or change your lease they will never respond and their main phone number is useless to get through to someone at. I've sat on hold for multiple hours after navigating their telephone trees just to have someone hang up on me.

Can't wait to for our contract to expire. the absolute worse company to deal with. do not engage this business for your it or copy needs. no service and they over sell you for your needs. do not sign contracts with this company, still on hold after 55 mins!

Very difficult to work with once they sold you the equipment, lots of calls when selling but not so much when you need support and snarky too. I got better support off the internet. find another dealer.

I tried to call in an order for supplies and the person on the other end of the phone couldn't understand English apparently. I had to speak EXTREMELY SLOWLY for him to comprehend my request. I ended up getting so frustrated with his lack of ability to understand me that I had to hang up and have my assistant call to try to speak to someone who could understand plain English.

I absolutely hate writing this review. This company was so responsive when selling you their product. Gave me all the attention in the world. Now trying to get a hold of someone is absolutely impossible. I have left multiple messages at multiple extensions that the operator has sent me too. No less than 9 messages in 5 days. Crickets is all I hear. It's one thing for one person to be on vacation, it's another for multiple people for a week being on vacation. It boils down to just really bad service.

I've had nothing but trouble communicating with Lewan after the sale of their product, an in house printer. I would recommend staying away from them as they give you tons of attention up and until the sale - when they completely disappear and sell off your lease to another company. I fully regret working with them unfortunately.

David Hamby was at our location this morning. He is always very professional and friendly and does a great job. He inspects the whole copier, cleans it, and communicates to us what he did. We always receive great customer care from him. He is the nicest person and even though one of our copiers is down, we are happy to see him! Lewan Technology is a Colorado company with the global backing of Xerox. They provide one stop shop for all business technology needs for businesses in the Rocky Mountain region. Excellent service, training and implementation of solutions. They partner with some big vendors, Cisco, HP, Dell, Microsoft etc. Great partner for businesses today. Have an issue, Lewan has a solution for that!

Great service! We ran out of toner for 2 Xerox printers on the same day. Although we have a contract with Xerox for one of the machines they failed to deliver the replacement cartridge when promised. Lewan stepped up and got us the cartridges for both printers the same day.

Account rep and his boss came to apologize. They sent a fruit basket. I appreciate their gestures but having to deal with the same obnoxious rep twice put me over the edge. I don't think someone who thinks he's superior to others should be in the service industry. And he never apologized the second time he came.

Lewan might be growing too fast and losing their interest in selling and servicing smaller companies. After purchasing a printer, we had to call and/or meet with seven different people multiple times for over a week. And we had five people involved on our end with over 20hrs combined, all for a simple desktop printer installation. Quotes were inaccurate, timelines were not honored, training didn't happen as promised, people promised to respond and instead shoveled the call back over to people who had already proven non-responsive (which is why we were calling others), and promised refunds were not confirmed.

Basic communications expectations were not met in any area. The one thing they paid close attention to was getting our credit card for monthly billing. That seemed very important. Sometimes companies with great previous reputations get lazy or just too busy, or re-focused on a different market. I'm guessing Lewan has moved up the food chain and is focused on very large corporations but hasn't yet cut the chord to smaller businesses where they continue to make good revenue for the moment.

If you are a bigger company you'll probably continue to get the stellar service Lewan used to be known for. But if your under a million or so in revenue, you might want to look around. Maybe our experience was unusual, but if you choose to go with Lewan, it's possible you'll be a very small and insignificant fish in a very large pond.
