Shelbi is wonderful. Quick, fair priced and there has never been a computer problem I have had that she cannot fix.

They were easy to work with, communicative, and priced fairly. I had a battery and power problem on my PC. Mac and PC repair evaluated my problem, let me know what it was, gave me the computer back to use while they ordered the parts, repaired it on the same day and it has been working perfectly since.

Got me in the same day, fixed my computer that wouldn't turn on and had it back to me the next morning, pretty fairly priced too! Excellent service and texted me with updates as she worked on it. Will be my go to for my Mac.

I have been a customer here for about 5 or 6 years, and Shelby and her Husband have always been able to fix my 2011 Mac Book, (hard drive, RAM, Screen, and fixing the power supply), for about 1/2 of what Apple would charge, snd very quickly. Ipad, PC, laptops, whatever peripheral is broken, they can usually repair the item. The amount of used equipment, (P/C parts, cords, speakers, tools, toys) they move, both in store and through auction, is pretty amazing.

It's also very nice to buy a power supply for $50, and not $350. NOS electrical components, testing equipment, nice stereo equipment, it's all here, and some of it museum quality! This will always be the first place I go for anything electronic. Hoping they have a 100k audio taper potentiometer so I can finish some mods on a Femder amp.

I needed to move all of my content from a failing Mac to a new one. I didn't trust that I could do this correctly. I brought it into Shelbi and she moved all of my applications, data, pictures etc to my new Mac seamlessly. Shelbi completed this in 3 hours so I didn't miss any downtime! Great service and value! I highly recommend this business.

I kept putting off taking my laptop somewhere for help because I need to use it every single day for work. The owner here was great. She took care of everything for a screen repair for my mac book pro quickly. Her knowledge is apparent. Great service and execution. I would recommend for sure. Pricing is fair for the scope of work.

Shelbi and Marlon did a great job fixing a MIDI controller for us. I had tried to desolder a piece to replace it and messed it up. They were able to repair my attempts, solder in a new piece and get the controller working again. The price was very reasonable.

My husband brought our PC into Shelbi's shop on a Saturday morning and got it back repaired Saturday afternoon. She has really reasonable prices for repairs and does good quality work. Highly recommend this shop.

Great experience! I am a repeat customer to Perfection due to the quality of work and quick turnaround time of needed repairs. I first visited Perfection when my old 2006 iMac needed to be cleaned and updated. It came back to me working like new! More recently I purchased a refurbished iMac that ended up having a couple of issues and Shelbi stood behind the sale and worked through the issues to my complete satisfaction - and quickly. Great local Mac/PC repair; highly recommend!
