I've gone to the computer doctors several times with several different computers each and every time they solve my issue thank you guys

Raymond is awesome. My new laptop would rarely turn on. He diagnosed it and had it repaired within 15 minutes and was extremely reasonable with the price. Would recommend to everyone.

Went in because my computer kept freezing on me. They were able to take a look on the spot (on a Friday late afternoon) and had my computer back up and running in roughly 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and polite. The cost was totally fair and I probably would have paid much more honestly to not have the problem anymore. Highly recommend! Great job Tampa Computer Doctors.

I came in there this morning right after spilling half a liter of water on my laptop. Hope levels were pretty low. Anthony gave me a fair assessment, told me the price upfront, and miraculously had my baby up an running by the end of the day. He also cleaned the interior while drying out the hardware, which he didn't have to do. I literally could not have been more satisfied. Thanks again Anthony.

10x better than Apple Amazing experience! My MacBook stopped working out of nowhere and all apple providers were not available for a week and quoted me ridiculous prices. I brought my laptop here and got it fixed and working perfectly in the same day for a reasonable price. Customer service was great and I will definitely be coming back if I have future issues.

After calling the company and discussing my problem, their procedures, and the cost for diagnosing the device, I took a HP 9025 printer in for repair.paper consistently jamming in the carrier assembly area. Anthony, who I'd spoken with on the phone, also took care of me at the shop. Throughout the process, he was professional and upright. He repaired the printer with ease and it was available for pick up the next day. Also, there were no additional charges levied upon pickup. In all, my experience was stellar and my printer has been working flawlessly since the repair.two days.

I recently contacted and used the services of Tampa Computer Doctors. They came highly recommended to me by a computer expert who suggested I utilize them for my computer issue. Through all phases they were highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have dealt with several computer repair businesses in the past, Tampa Computer Doctors were head and shoulders above all previous experiences.

Simply no comparison. Both Jacob and Anthony were exceedingly helpful. The majority of my interaction was with Anthony. He not only COMPLETELY rectified my computer issue, but did it very expeditiously and well under my expected cost. I cannot recommend this business high enough! Great service, FAST, knowledgeable, competent. And having had the opportunity to observe them interacting with a variety of customers, they are always courteous to their customers- no matter the level of computer expertise.

Take your business there! BTW- I went during the COVID outbreak protocol, and in NO instance did I see any problems with their customer protection policies as previously listed in other reviews. Masks were available on the counter, all employees utilized CDC suggested mitigation protocol.

Just went in to have three keys on my laptop keyboard cleaned out. Walked in and was told that the whole machine would have to be disassembled in order to do that. I said I'm pretty sure you can just pop the keys off. After a quick google search. my theory was confirmed. First two keys were popped off and cleaned in 10 minutes. Third key comes off and then the technician spends about 15 minutes trying to put the key back on.

He tells me that he's having a hard time putting it back on. Eventually he successfully returns the key to its spot. I was then charged $50 even though half of the time spent working on my device was correcting an error. I brought this up to the employee and he said he only charged me for when he was working. He didn't respond when I brought up his mistake. Accidents happen, but please don't charge me $25 extra because of them.

Tampa Computer Doctors has been my go-to computer store ever since I moved to the south Tampa area. They have always been able to take care of my emergency issues quickly and professionally. A recent example would be the bad storm that rolled through the area the afternoon of 9/9/20. A nearby lightning strike during my PC's powering down had zapped my network adapter.

This being a critical issue since I was working from home and rely on internet access, I called TCD and Anthony got back to me within the hour. I explained my situation and he told me to bring in the unit the following morning at 9:30 AM when they opened. Thanks to his help, I was able to be up and running that evening. Overall great service. The techs are knowledgeable right in the door and have great people skills. I have been using them for 3+ years and they have always appropriately fixed my computers (sometimes without charging for a small issue). They make great suggestions such as "its time to replace the hard drive." The only negative comment I would bring up is the service is beginning to get a bit pricey. When I first started going, the prices were a bit more reasonable.
