Accram spearheaded setting up our disaster recovery plan in 2019. In mid March 2020, COVID-19 necessitated our implementation of that plan. It worked great! We are months into working remotely and our clients receive the same service they had before. We wholeheartedly endorse Accram. Excellent people, high expertise, very responsive.

Great Company. Accram has reduced our IT expenses and eliminated all of our IT headaches. We use their cloud service. We lost power to our building a few months ago, I sent my people home to work. We were fully operational within minutes. The building was out of power but our IT infrastructure is in the Accram cloud. My E-Commerce business was never down. Did not lose a sale or a chat. I highly recommend this company.

The past few years we have hired Accram for cabling projects. This year we switched our IT contract over to them and it was the best decision we made this year. They have been fantastic with getting our network cleaned up, are very fast responding to tickets, and are extremely knowledgeable. We are now switching to a hosted VOIP phone system with one of their partners and in the near future we will move to their cloud platform. Accram has been a wonderful business partner!

They're HIPAA certified as well so we know they understand that our client data is highly confidential and must be kept secure at all times. Having an on-premise IT department is not a cost-effective solution for most small-medium sized businesses like mine. If another business owner was to ask me for my opinion when choosing an IT provider, I would tell them that Accram is their best solution if preventing problems and quickly resolving any issues that may arise is important to them.

Being a small company with a team that works nearly 100% remote, I am so excited to say that I have finally found an IT partner that far exceeds our expectations. These guys started as a traditional IT firm and grew into full hosted platform and managed IT, so they actually understand the underlying technology and managing security risk instead of most of their competitors that outsource most of the operations and hope it's right. Security of my clients data is paramount and love the ability for me and my team to work anywhere there's internet connection. Great service, highly recommend.

We have know Accram for many years. We have used them for low voltage cabling and computer work. They worked with use to recover all of our accounting data when we had a hard drive and backup failure. Excellent company!

We had some server issues that needed attention, so we called Accram. Not only did they address our immediate needs by fixing our office server, they also showed us how to money on all of out IT needs with their Mobile Office solution.

Called this company to do repair on a copy machine we have in the store. They scheduled a technician and he came and cleaned the machine but would not tell me what parts or any further repairs it required and said the office would contact me with that info and made me sign for the service without any further explanations. I find out a few days later that the machine is too old to be serviced by them for parts.

They screwed up and sent a technician to work on a machine that they cannot service. They proceed to charge me almost the full cost of the service. Very deceitful and unprofessional company.
