Far too expensive for simple, personal printer repair. It will cost you $125 base fee, with NO additional parts needed. You will not get any sort of discount if you bring in and/or drop off your device either. Positives: -Friendly, professional service; streamlined drop-off process. -Turn around time about 2-3 days. -Repair on printer appears to be effective. Negatives: -Did not include in invoice what was wrong with the device -Cost! Arizona Printer Services on Pantano road (east Tucson, locally owned business as well), will provide the same kind of repair at half the price ($60 in 2021). -Turn around time not markedly different than similar businesses. -Invoice states repairs are guaranteed for only 7 days after invoice; Arizona Printer Services (as of 2021 at least) guarantees repairs for 6 months after invoice.

Noe revived my dead computer hard drive and set me up running my HP laptop I thought I was going to have to replace. I was devastated thinking I had lost my unbacked up data (lesson learned--again) but he cloned the poor nearly dead hard drive and installed a new state of the art one on my good HP laptop. Its running perfectly and so fast it makes me smile every time I turn it on.
He checked to see all my devices and software worked as they were designed to. He is a cheerful helpful gentleman, I recommend this company and Noe very highly. I like to support local business, this is one I'm very happy to have found.

Joe Rhodes showed up on time. He was very nice and understood when I explained to him that I don't know nothing about printers and connecting them to wifi. He had my printer connected in no time. I recently drove past this place when I was back home visiting & it reminded me how I did design work for them back in 2012 or something when I was a college student at U of A. Marc never paid his invoices. After months of badgering, I was given some excuse about him being under stress for baby mama drama or whatever self-inflicted circumstance & I was sol for all the money he owed me. So maybe they're a great service when you're paying them, but you should take a hard pass on this place if you don't plan on getting exploited.

Recently walked in without an appointment and was helped by Randy who answered my need for assistance with an external SSD problem. He resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes showing me it wasn't an equipment fault. There was no charge! The young lady, whose name I can't remember was very friendly and courteous too. These guys are godsends! I was completely locked out of my laptop, thanks to Microsoft wanting me to log into an account that did not exist. The computer experts at best buy told me there was nothing they could do, basically my laptop was no longer good. These guys, Josh and Randy, we’re in, recovering my system in less than ten minutes. My precious picture files are saved, didn’t lose any files, everything is great again. I would definitely recommend these guys for your computer problems. Love these guys!

This is amazing!!!! Don't go to geek squad. They come right to your home and they have even fixed my complex problems in less than an hour. Trust me I have a Master's Degree and experienced with computers for my job and I couldn't even fix problems I was having with my desktop with popups and issues. Austin came today on the weekend and even came early and called before asking.
