We hired Computercom. Com to set-up my new laptop and trouble shoot a few glitches with the network in our multi-computer household. Nick arrived on time; was prepared in COVID-19 protective mask and gloves; and dealt with our multiple stupid questions and concerns with a respectful grace and true concern for our best interests. He provided a wealth of good advice and suggestions to make our transition to the new set up as seamless as possible.

Cathy recently handled some vehicle titling issues for me. She was VERY helpful, knowledgeable & professional. Cathy went the "extra mile" by faxing & emailing copies to a local credit union & then patiently followed-up to ensure the documents had been received. I would encourage anyone who despises the 2-hour MVD wait time to give these guys a shot. Amazing customer service! Grateful, Steve in Peoria

Had the dreaded blue screen come up on the computer. Found this place hoping for a miracle and retrieval of data. Met the owner as soon as I walked in and he patiently went through all the options to repair/retrieve the data. Great, friendly local business highly recommended!

My old desktop froze, took it in, $156 later it worked but went into some sort of diagnose and repair mode. Called and talked to Nick, and he said to let it run. I did, and the computer screen stated it could not repair so it needed to be reset. Reset, with all my files saved, but iTunes disappeared, and could not load again due to an error. Went to the store, talked to Nick and asked if he could fix it, he said yes/maybe as it's software, but it would cost me again.

I asked if he guaranteed his work, he stated yes, but this was a different problem.hmmm. Thought about it, called Apple support, they tried but could not load iTunes and directed me to Microsoft support. Microsoft support took over the screen, and could not load iTunes. After about an hour the Microsoft tech stated that my Windows 10 was not working properly and loaded a new operating system/new version with updates and iTunes loaded perfectly and the old desktop has never run better.

I feel that Nick could have helped or suggested Microsoft support, but in a way I'm glad it worked out this way as I didn't have to spend any more money for something that was taken care of by just calling tech support. Computer com originally got the desktop to work again, but did not want to help again without further payment. It was only a week and a half.thanks for getting it running but thnx for turning me away as I learned a lesson.

The typical response from someone who mocks a potential customer for simply walking into his store and asking a simple question. Simply having said, "sorry, that's not what I do. Maybe you could take it here or do this with it, " or some helpful thing like that, would have been the response of a mature person with some professionalism. But to laughingly mock me for having the temerity to open his door and ask a simple question, because I should obviously have read his mind and not bothered his magnificence with my ridiculous question and presence, is not the action of a professional nor is it the behavior of a mature person with even an ounce of civility or common manners.

My comments stand. Don't expect decent treatment or professionalism from this person. But his shop is a great place to go to be verbally abused. If that's your goal, you'll give him 5 Stars!

I HAD MY LAP TOP & PRINTER INTO THERE SHOP & TOLD THEM WHAT I WANTED DONE, THEY HAD IT COMPLETED THE NEXT DAY & IT WORKS PERFECT AND I BELEAVE IT WAS THE OWNER NICK ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD & EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! THANKS AGAIN RYAN
