Ok. You guys know when you first read a google commentary board, you tend to focus subliminally on the bad reviews rather than the good? Yes? No? That was the case for me. While San Francisco Computer Repairs had a majority of good ratings and a spot on record, I WAS STILL CONCERNED! Because unlike perhaps many of you, I was afraid I would end up to be like the sparse among the many satisfactory customers writing for this board-unsatisfied.

Nobody knows why but sometimes people just seem to get the short end of some stick no matter where they go. Well. I am here to clarify that at "Technology Partners Inc.", that short end does not exist. They are as professional as it gets, lady and gents. Though of course nobody has to take my word for it. But as you all know, I am at home right now, writing this Yelp commentary ON MY COMPLETELY FIXED CUSTOM DESKTOP! SAY WHATTTT? So for people like me, trust Technology Partners Inc. because they are for the job!

They're really nice people, I'll be bringing my PC there in case from now on.

I wanted to get a PC a few months ago and knowing I would not be able to build one myself and not trusting the big PC manufacturers I came here. Raymond listened to what I wanted and worked with my budget. He and his team made me an amazing PC for a good price given how the market on parts was at the time. A few weeks later I was having some Bluetooth issues after a windows update to no fault of the hardware.

I contacted Raymond after trying everything and he went above and beyond to help me, which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely be coming back here for any PC purchases, repairs, and the like I may have. I could not recommend Technology Partners enough!

I needed two small laptop vent fan screws for my Dell 7577 (not something they normally carry). I walked in and they took care of me without charge even though I insisted on paying something. I will be coming back to them for parts and service based on this short interaction. This is customer service at its finest.

If you have technological needs, stop reading and call them today! With TPI, I got the best customer service in a while. 6 months ago, When I went into the shop the first time, Raymond was very welcoming, and was upfront with the stock levels and prices with what I was looking for. When running around for parts and projects, it can be difficult to find the items needed. However, TPI made it easier than ever.

After the initial meeting, we went back and forth through emails, and Raymond was knowledgeable enough to help make cost saving adjustments to my original plans. They were able to supply all 7 of the high end gaming computers my client needed, as well as two office computers with monitors and keyboards etc. Almost 20k worth of almost impossible to find parts at the time.

Not only did they have what I needed, the assembly work their professionals do CANNOT BE BEAT! I usually do the assembly myself, but after seeing their work and timeliness, and affordability, I was impressed! Every unit had nice and tidy wires, most of which couldn't even be seen! I seriously don't know where these guys hide their wire runs but they do a great job! its like magic, every unit looks beautiful!

Every unit came with all the serial numbers, product keys, labeled on every unit. when working with multiple end user customers, this made it so much easier for me! On pickup day, the crew that made the units even came out to help load them all in the van. Talk about customer service in the technology industry! These guys are serious industry professionals.

Stop wasting your time with other technology companies, especially if you are local in Arizona. Reach out to Raymond at TPI for the service you deserve. Seriously, top notch business. I appreciate it, and so did my clients.

I'm new to PC gaming and after a ton of research, I was on the edge of buying a prebuilt from a "good" company/website but luckily, I got recommended to visit this place from a friend of mine which is even better. I came here and I found perhaps the best build/deal that not even the best websites can currently offer of which I've seen. Some of the newest tech, amazing specs, and all built by local professionals.

Once I came in, was nicely greeted by Raymond and he's such a cool guy! Responds to emails quickly and promptly. He knew exactly what I wanted and needed. I gave him a budget and list for a possible custom prebuilt for VR gaming I was looking for and I ended up taking home an even better PC than I was initially expecting! He helped me choose out all the parts and built it quick once I ordered it, the entire pc set up was ready within a week!

I've been using my PC for a few days now and everything is working perfectly. Overall, if I had to recommend a place to get a new pc for gaming, this place would definitely be my first choice.

They were very humble, I was coming from 3 hours away and we actually got held up a bit from a car accident. We gave them a call saying we would be late and they were complete fine with staying maybe another 30 mins until we picked it up. So far the pc has been treating me so well. It was pricey but i basically payed full retail price for a 3060ti and every other part in it.

I put in a custom order on their website and oh boy did they really build the heck out of this computer. I have had no problems whatsoever and they even downloaded a couple of necessary programs for me. There services are straight forward and very fast. I will recommend them to a friend. I have had this computer for about 2 months now.

If you've been trying to get one of the shiny new cards from team green this is the only local store that had them! Emphasis on HAD. They only get a dozen or so cards each month (total, not for each model) and they sell fast. There is a 40% markup, but rest assured they get these straight from the manufacturer! But hey, they exist, you're not paying scalper prices, and you support a local business! Check with them weekly!

I am very happy to have found this place on google maps they helped me to put my first Gaming PC, they were very attentive and patients with all the doubts and questions I had, fully recommended.

Had a great experience with TPI. Raymond was great. I brought in all of my PC parts and he had it built for me and it was ready to use the next morning at a very reasonable price. Great cable management. He installed all of my drivers for me. Very friendly! They are also taking proper safety measures for COVID-19. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else done!

So glad I found this place. I have been wanting to upgrade my PC for a while now and they had all the components I needed at a great price. That in itself would be enough to get 5 stars, but in addition when I ran into some unforseen compatibility issues they took it upon themselves to fix the issues for me. All in all I would recommend this store to anyone even close to the Phoenix area who is looking for computer parts, repairs, and pre-built machines.
