Prices went up, quality went down and management gets more standoffish and low key hostile every year. Edit: thank you for responding. An i5 shell for $40 missing all the back covers, disc drive, and ram. not what I'm used to seeing. per Johnny shells are supposed to include ram yet not a single one had ram. I assumed then that ram might be provided or the units discounted at checkout.

I was treated like I was being a Karen. It wasn't a matter of price point, I buy about 100 a year and I know what I've seen historically. I provide laptops for homeschooling families that can't afford them so I have to find a way to make it work regardless. And with such limited open hours it's nearly impossible for people with full time jobs to make it in.

Customer service here is horrible. Small store, prices aint great

Westech Recyclers is THE place for recycling anything electronic. Also, they have a store front where they sell used and thoroughly tested electronics. You name it; they have it. For $15 I scored a DE-lux coffee warmer that at some specialty kitchen places would sell for $60. It's brand-new in its original box.

Good place to get some computer parts. Friendly staff. Johnny is awesome. Always helps us out.

COVID safe . One customer allowed at a time, we waited maybe less than 5 min for the customer in front of us. Johnny was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for your computer needs.

Great prices on used computer parts. As of 6/10/2020 they were limiting the amount of people in to 2 at a time for 5 min each. I was rushed out when trying to ask questions about used HDDs. They say to call and set up an appointment so they can better assist you and shorten wait times.

Great place to get spare parts cheap. But the dude there gave me the wrong adapter cord and wrong rom chip for the laptop i bought there. So if you are looking for cheap parts be sure you double check that each one is the right size fit

Awesome staff and great atmosphere it's more like that same feeling you used to get when you walked into Frys electronics up until 2010. I found some great items for my business and can always expect awesome pricing. I love doing Business with Westech Johnny is amazing. He is very fair when it comes to pricing. Also Bryant and Valerie are also awesome when it comes to pricing and being fair I've been going to Westech for the past year-and-a-half and I do not see myself going anywhere else to receive my product. Everyone is willing to help each other when it comes to product knowledge and such
