While we work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, custom-configured, and complex systems may have longer lead times.
Most major couriers are currently experiencing transit delays and service disruptions due to several factors. We anticipate further delays going into Q4 2021 and the holiday season. Currently it is not uncommon for the estimated delivery date of a shipment to change during transit. It is also common for a package to be delivered outside of the transit time estimates.
All barebone kits and systems (assembled by MITXPC) include a 1-year limited warranty. The warranty covers the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. Customer-induced damages (CID) due to abuse, misuse, accident, improper handling, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repair or modifications will void warranty.
