We recently had a glitch in our accounting that was strictly do to the way we were entering information and where we were posting it. I am a small business man with 3 restaurants in southern California, have been using an old register for almost 30 years and by the way, I couldn't program my old register. When I was deciding to upgrade to a POS system, my main and only worry was who is going to program it? I had used the Business software solutions over 15 years ago. Then I knew a tech guy who set it up for me.

I decided to program my new POS myself. The staff at BPA, from the person who would answer the phone to sales department to the technical support team, they all were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Even at times they will call and follow up to see if I was able to finish my task and to see if I needed additional help. I am planning to upgrade all 3 restaurants. I highly recommend people at BPA.

We have been with BPA since 2005 when we only had one pizza location. It's now 2021 and we grown to 4 locations and BPA has been there for us every step of the way. I purchased first software licensing probably 10 years ago. Now we have 4 stations, online ordering from last year(very easy setup) and I just ordered tablet. I never ever had bad experience. 10 years ago it was the cheapest option for us to choose from and I believe nothing changed on that. VERY affordable compare to another companies. Software is excellent and the experts support is always there. Anybody who is still thinking. GO FOR IT! Thank you!

Customer service is a ZERO, RUDE, does not even come close to the way I have been treated for the last 2 years dealing with this company. Today I got to speak with Kim, in sales. A new all time RUDE PERSON, NASTY, INCONSIDERATE down right LAZY and I cant even go on!
