Prime Systems Computers

I've been trusting my new computers and repairs to Prime systems for a few years now. I need the personalized service that I can't get at a big box store. I could easily build my own computers but if I have an issue, what then? These guys always jump on issues and get me back to work super fast. I don't eat if my computer isn't working.

The owner is a nice, genuine man who really just wants to help you out. Got psu but had to little longer to check out but the owner offered me a snow cone on the house for my trouble and inconvenience.

Best custom computers in Utah. I deal with a lot of high-end CAD/CAM computers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The technicians are very knowledgeable. We put them to the test a lot of times over the years. They got solutions for all your problems. Keith is just awesome to deal with. He's probably one of the only business owners these days that genuinely cares if you walked away happy or not.

After finishing my first computer build I was having trouble getting it to post, so I took it into Prime Systems for help. They got it to post just fine. I think it was an issue with the HDMI cable and monitor I was using. Because it posted just fine for them they didn't charge me for their time. They even installed Windows and mapped the hard drives, free of charge. That really impressed me. I highly recommend Prime Systems.

From the first moment I walked in I felt comfortable. They listened to what I needed and did not try to upset me anything. I felt like I was working with an old friend. Expert and quality service I will enjoy again.

Excellent business. For the non-professional computer user, Prime Systems is perfect. No question is too dumb. Nicole is quick and efficient. The rest of the team is helpful and quick to meet needs. I drive from SLC to their Kaysville location because of the service and fair pricing. At last, a really great computer service company!

It was very refreshing that they did not try to rip us off. we had gone to Pclaptops in Layton first ad they quoted almost $500 to fix out laptop that i had dropped. A young man at Prime systems told me that i really did not need 1TB for what i wanted to do, installed OC for free, and they factory reset it for half the price. my laptop is really really fast and i am a very happy customer!

Keith helped me clean up and upgrade my college laptop to a solid state drive and reset factory condition. Explained that this was worth my time because I had an i7 processor. Much better than buying a new laptop. Came in exactly the price I was quoted and the friendliest service.

Keith and his Crew are knowledgeable and caring about there customers! Every time I come in here to purchase a large or small purchase, you are treated the same. "Rare" Keith and his Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are takin care of. I surely appreciate Prime and there Staff! Thanks "Joe"! for your Knowledge! Over my past several interactions with Prime Systems and specifically the owner Keith and technician Nicole, I am consistently impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and expertise. Not only are they great at what they do, they are great people, too! HIGHLY recommend.

Top notch service- honest and reliable. Helped us out with a difficult computer situation and didn't even charge us for his time or effort. Would definitely go there again with any computer repair needs or issues.

Prime computers recently built my desktop and I couldnt be happier. The staff at the store was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had most of the components to the desktop and they provided the rest along with assembling the computer. Great bunch of folks and highly recommend seeing them prior to going anywhere else.

It's hard to find a computer shop you can trust. Let me tell you, YOU CAN TRUST Prime Systems. The staff is knowledgeable beyond anywhere I've been. I took my computer in with a simple problem. They looked at it right away, helped me learn how to download a driver and the charge was minimal. Then I asked about monitors because I needed something for my wife.

I was going to buy her 2 curved monitors but the tech questioned how it would be used. Well, since video was going to be a minor use he explained why a flat monitor would be better. Then instead of selling me 2 monitors he showed me how the right monitor could show two screens at once saving me the purchase of a 2nd monitor. Trustworthy? You bet. I won't go anywhere else.

Yes! Your are great. My daughter brought in our computer for you to look at.we had a bad experience with another computer store and needed help understanding why it had cost so much to "clean up" and it still wouldn't work. You found that it was a bad hard drive. You built us a used computer and it is working like a champ! It was just plug and play! All our information (mainly photos) were all safe and sound.
