StarWest Computers has by far the best customer service and knowledge than any other local computer store I have gone to. Both in shop are always very friendly. I am somewhat new to building/upgrading my current desktops and sometimes I do not know exactly what cable I am in need of so I will explain what I am upgrading and what the part looks like and they always just know immediately what part I need.

They do not make me feel dumb at all with some of the questions I ask ( PC noob here) they are very professional and explain in detail on every question asked. My most recent visit I was in need of a SATA cable for a new internal WD Blue SSD because the cable it came with was a right angled SATA that would not fit next to the other SATA cables I had already plugged in so I was in need of a straight ended on both ends SATA cable.

I was a little hesistant that the ASUS SATA cable they gave me would also be a little to large as it had secure latches on it but he ensured that it would fit and because I was a little uncertain he opened the pack and just gave me the cable! I will definitely be using StarWest again for all of my upgrade parts and cables! SUPPORT AWESOME LOCAL BUSINESSES!

Starwest is one of the most helpful and professional businesses i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. These guys take the time to explain every question you may have, in very clear detail. Even on times where I called on the phone to ask questions, they have taken the time to answer questions. I will go to starwest for ANY computer related business.

Josh & Sean were awesome to work with. Excellent customer service and incredible turn around time! My motherboard died due to a power interruption during a firmware update. Ugh! :( My Dell computer had a proprietary case & motherboard and required I ship my PC to Dell to fix (with minimum of 10 day turn around + $$). Starwest had parts on hand and hooked me up with a new case & motherboard the same day!

I lost no data and they had me back up and running quicker than Dell could send me a box to ship my PC in. Highly recommend these guys and will be a customer for future computer needs. It's great to have an awesome storefront right here close with excellent, honest service.

I can't even tell you how much I appreciate these guys, specifically Josh at the Layton store. I needed a new desktop build quickly to meet the needs of my business. Went in for a quote, got every spec I needed perfectly, and was able to walk out with my new build same day. I approached three other stores. These guys were the fastest and the best priced. Will be recommending to others and buying from them again.

StarWest help me upgrade to another laptop. They installed Windows 11, moved all my settings and files. They were quick and efficient. StarWest made sure I understood all the changes this upgrade made and that I could rely on them to help with any future issues. I found their pricing more than reasonable.

Before I found Starwest I used 4 different companies to service my computer and did not go back to any of them Now I found the best company in the world to help me with my computer issues as they are friendly, fast, reasonable, and very professional. I cannot say enough about how I feel about this company buit if you are reading this to make a decision as to where to get your next computer or get your computer service I will say you absolutely will never find anyone better that StarWest and I am not related to anyone here, just a VERY happy customer!

I purchased a business desktop from Starwest a couple of weeks ago. I inquired over the phone and received a detailed price quote via email within ten minutes of hanging up. The system was built on-time and the cost was exactly as quoted. The computer has performed flawlessly. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend Starwest Computers.

Very impressed. I stopped in to get an estimate for a memory upgrade on my laptop. Although they didn't have 8GB in stock they offered to order it for me. They did have a 4GB in stock, $23 and 15 minutes later I was walking out with my computer's memory upgraded.
