Owner/ technician decided upon himself to replace my computer's graphics card to a lower grade without consulting with me beforehand. He assumed that I would " probably say it's too expensive" and so he took it upon himself to install a lower grade card into my computer rather than to consult me with my options. After I found out what was installed, I brought the computer back and asked him to uninstall what he provided me and install a used one that I had at home which had the same grade as my original one.
It took him 2 minutes to uninstall the wrong card and reinstall my right card. When I asked for him to refund me for the wrong graphics card I never used, the Owner decided to charge me twice for the 2nd install. Why should I pay for 2 installs when he shouldn't have ever installed the 1st one in to begin with. It's not his job to decide for me which card grade I would want without consulting with me first and as a result, he assumed wrong.
The most disappointing part of this experience was his repeat client for other past services. He could've done the right thing to refund me for the wrong card and only charged me once for the installation and not one for the wrong card and again to make the correction. He chose to take the low road and gave me a discount to charge me $50 instead of $75 to install the right card that took less than a minute to plug in. This was a poor business decision he made all around and in the end, he lost my business. I cannot rely on someone to provide me services I cannot trust.

I took my Mid-2012 MacBook Pro here due to it being slow. I had been told at other places I just needed to trash this one. After running an initial diagnostic, Frenchy (the owner and tech) recommended installation of a new SSD. I did this 6 months ago (early March 2021) and my Mac has never performed as good as it has since I did this. He is very honest, extremely knowledgable, and a very pleasant individual.
Worth every penny. Also, He also did previously repair my girlfriend's MacBook Air the same day it failed. If you have a computer emergency COME here. He also bilingual if needed!

My MacBook book air unexpectedly shut off and would not power on. I did an SMC and PRAM reset and neither worked; I took my laptop to another place before Computer Repair and More and they told me it was most likely a motherboard problem and unfixable. Thankfully I found Computer Repair and More, and Frenchy! He was able diagnose and fix my laptop same day; about an hour and a half; for a very reasonable price. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable; I will definitely be going back if I have any other tech issues. Strongly recommend! Also, speaks Spanish!
