They are great. Finding a good network company is very difficult. Most companies want to sell you a system that has a monthly service fee rather than fix the problem for a fraction of the cost. They charged me $69 and did not get me any closer to a solution. They offered to reinstall windows for $179 and delete all my data or pay $300+ to try to save my data and reinstall windows. I ended up fixing the computer myself without reinstalling windows or deleting data. It took me an extra time and wish they could have pointed me in the right direction. Better luck next time.
