Paradise Computers was a pleasure to work with and did an efficient job diagnosing and fixing my computer problems! This is the definition of a fantastic small business. Sam was excellent to work with and he was extremely communicative and helpful with my problems. Basically, my new Windows 11 laptop failed and was stuck on the "Critical Process Died" error message. Sam was able to scan my NVME hard drives and determine that this was in fact not a hardware fault (thank goodness) but an issue with my Windows 11 OS. Unfortunately, the data on my NVME drives were not recoverable but Sam went the extra mile and reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 11 as a courtesy which made my day!

The best part is, Sam was able to fix my laptop is less than 24 hours and have it back to me up and running so that I can use it for work again. I'm super impressed with Paradise Computers and would recommend anyone with laptop or desktop issues to visit Sam. He is a standup guy who will fix your issues quickly and accurately!

What a great experience I had. Alex Sam and Tom were fantastic! My Laptop went down Crashed and they got it going again and got everything back. Cleaned up the drive removed a virus restored the hard drive back to where it was suppose to be! It works like the day I bought it. They charged me less than what I thought I might have to pay! WoW. This is certainly a five star outfit. Not being a GEEK, it is hard for me, doing computer functions. I got a virus in my computer, and unable to get email. My laptop "crashed" and I went to Paradise Computer Service for help. Alex was wonderful, incredible patient and professional. Everything was backed up and transferred to my new laptop. The email issue was solved and everything is up and running beautifully. I can't say enough good things about them. Great customer service!

These guys are the best. Definitely trustworthy. I wanted my old computer and Windows 8 repaired, and they took great care of me at a very reasonable price.

Prior to leaving for college my laptop had been extremely slow and at some points unresponsive with a windows blue screen (I had assumed my hard drive was busted but didn't have an extra computer or equipment to check or do work). My initial phone call before coming in I was told they would guarantee diagnose the issue for a $45 fee, and no additional servicing was required after the diagnosis.

I show up to the store promptly after and talk to the nice guys over there and I'm told they will get back to me on the issue within a day or two, and they did. A day or two later I was told there was nothing wrong with my drive and my computer did boot (which I already knew it booted but was absurdly slow). But I am told they ran tests on my drive and nothing came up and they came to the conclusion that my windows was corrupt and I simply needed to reinstall.

I felt so relieved that I didn't have to worry about installing a new drive, so I procrastinated picking it up and I guess waited too long as I came home and reinstalled windows two times and wiped my drive as well, still to have my computer crash every so often and run super slow I paid a $45 diagnosis fee for something I had already thought to be true but wanted to make sure was correct, but instead was given little info on what they had done other than booted the computer and "tested the drive".

I have not checked for bad sectors on the last drive, but I can assume that they ran no in-depth tests and instead just saw it boot and blue screen to tell me that windows was corrupted. TLDR: thought my hard drive was broken, but went to shop for reassurance, was told my hard drive was completely intact and I should just reinstall windows, then paid $45 for essentially the completely wrong diagnosis.

Have a MS Book 2 having issues, I took it in for service and of course it worked fine. Nevertheless they checked it out while I waited and didn't charge me for the time. Great customer service.

They are responsive, adaptive and professional in their support to us. They were instrumental to our firms success when we had to transition to home based operations in March 2020. Love this shop! The staff is always helpful and they know their stuff. They have helped my family build two gaming computers from scratch. Prices are reasonable and competitive too. I will never use anyone else.

They were absolutely wonderful! I took my laptop in not knowing what the problem was. They were quick (really important when your laptop is your whole job) and they got me back to work. I'm so lucky I found Paradise Computer Service! Alex and his team are so dedicated to doing the best job possible, and I couldn't be more thankful. They were able to save my computer TWICE. They made sure I understood what had to be done to fix it, assured me they'd do their best to get it running properly again, and made it happen. I have a Lenovo Yoga 730 15IKB.

The first time they saved it was from a spill that, thankfully, didn't reach the motherboard. The second fix was for a faulty screen display. A factory defect causes the screen to flicker wildly and can get so bad that it renders the computer useless. The Paradise Computer team solved this problem quickly, without a hitch. It happened again when some of the wiring for the display came loose, but they were able to diagnose and treat the problem right away. Again, I am so happy to have found this trustworthy, local business.

I can't imagine going back to the multinational/cooperate stores (that just try to sell you a new computer instead of actually fixing the one you have). Bring your PC or laptop, they'll take care of you here. 20/10

Fast and very professional. Diagnosed my problem very quickly and was out of there in under 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to highly recommend them to my friends.

Excellent experience, and would highly recommend. After an initial consultation to discuss the issue, they were willing to set up an appointment to fix my laptop (broken hinge on an HP Envy x360), so I could have it back as quickly as possible. I run a business from this laptop and can't do without it. I really appreciate that Alex took the time to discuss everything with me and to answer all of my questions. Also, pricing was very straightforward and fair. Very professional, great communication. 6 stars out of 5!

Brian and his team at Paradise are awesome. Professional and very responsive. They helped our 696 unit condo association install WIFI and hot spot service in the common area and took responsibility for everything from design, fiber install and setup. Would highly recommend!

On my way to "Paradise Computers" I was on Radio Road, as my Radio played, "TWO Tickets To PARADISE"! My car was going much faster than I wanted it to go, but I did not get TWO tickets! - Not even ONE? Service was excellent, Repair excellent, Advice excellent. They did it all and the price was right. They asked "What else can we do for you? I thought, "How about a back rub." but I was running a little late! Actually I wasn't running I was driving, slower. Thanks Alex, - Paradise!

Fried my laptop and needed a rebuild. These guys were terrific. Kept me informed, fixed the problem and charged a VERY reasonable price. While I hope I don't need them again, I probably will and will happily go back! Thanks guys.

Terrible service, limited knowledge, and questionable "problem solving" abilities. After two weeks of my *partner's* computer being in for repair, they had it working once, and then not at all. In the end, they were not able to get it to work, and said that it was a battery replacement issue. Charged $45 dollars for no results. Nice kids, but I would not recommend their service.

I took it to another repair centre today, and within 10 minutes, mixed cables were identified as the issue (how did this happen?), and the computer is once again working. $20.

The guys at Paradise Computer Service get a full 5 stars in customer service and knowledge. I walked in, they diagnosed my computer, and fixed it all in the same visit. I highly recommend this group of experts for all your PC needs.

I have to concur with the favorable reviews. Took my laptop in this morning after damaging the screen. After looking at it, they told me that for cost of installing a new screen, and considering the age of the computer, I'd be better off buying a new one. They also provided me with an inexpensive fix, so I could use the computer until I decide to buy a new one. Honest and helpful.

What a great company. We have used twice in the past years and nothing but great results. Had a blown power supply, they had one in stock and had it fixed in a few hours. Then had a virus affect our video. Had is clean and optimized that day. Forgot the over priced and five day turn around Geek Squad. These are the only ones you need.

Brian and his team are wonderful people who know what they are doing and truly care about their customers. They are the small shop that could. Seriously, do not underestimate their capability. I've had them fix my small home network and they did our multi-location office installation too. Very fair and super accommodating, I can't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed.

I previously used another service for my computer repair. They were out of town when I called, needed repair quickly. I called Paradise Computer Repair and told them the issue with my computer. They are so pleasant and professional. I was unable to take my computer to them and they happily came and picked it up. It was repaired the next day at a very reasonable cost. My computer needs will always be with this company.

Brian & his team are top of the line in every way - knowledgable, very polite, hard working, diligent, helpful & nice. The service is as quick as possible. The shop is tidy & clean. My iMac was totally dead & he resuscitated it completely bringing back all my software, calendars, bookmarks, applications, etc. The best thing - I called numerous times with questions, etc. & he was never impatient with me. Also, Brian encouraged me to call upon returning home with the computer if I had more questions, which I did. Again he was patient & helpful. Super! They're not open on weekends.

I never thought I'd be happy to have a computer virus! I would have never known they were in town otherwise. I'm so glad to finally meet people who know what they are doing, and at an extremely fair price. Paradise Computers did an amazing job with my custom built computer. They took care of all of the issues and Brian was very helpful with other technical questions I had.
