Last year, when my screen needed replaced, I took a risk in trusting a facility i have never been to. I was not disappointed! The man did an amazing job fixing my screen, charged me fairly and quickly! He also replied to and answered all my questions through messenger/facebook. Yesterday, i then dropped my computer off to have him internally "clean" and install a virus software. Again, was not disappointed! Charged fair, polite and updated me on everything he did.

It was also done by the next day. Highly recommend! I am not tech savvy but i can say, everything i needed fixing was fixed. : I am satisfied knowing i had excellent service AND supported a small business within my community.

Our first time dealing with Robo-Rigs was this weekend. Called Mike Friday and ask how soon he could get to my son's PC, he said bring it on over. We have used Mike services for a couple years. But in the last two months, I have had to call on him with our work computers in a mess, Mike was very quick to resolve the issues and had me up in running in no time.
