If I could give 1000 stars I would! I have an online business and my power cord broke off in my computer with only 20% battery life left! He was able to get the stuck piece out of my computer using some MacGyver skills and I was able to get back in business. Definitely saved the day!

I Called to see if they had a computer to fit my needs. I knew what I wanted so when I spoke to the gentlemen I had specific questions to ask and was planning on purchasing the same day. About halfway into my questions (which were a total of 4) he said "oh my god. This is the last question I can answer and then I'm going to half to let you go. I have 2 customers in the store". Wow! I said thanks for not taking my business seriously which you just lost. I bought a new one online instead as I figured this was a shady business from my experience.

Did a great job. Power supply went out on my computer. They replaced it and even offered to allow me to shop for the part myself to see if I could find a better price. Power supply went out again a few weeks later and they replaced it again and tracked down the secondary source of the problem at no cost. took a while but that was because they had to order a specialized dell part. would definitely use them again. Just FYI, it is very hard to get a five star review from me but they came very close
