If I ever have a problem or want to upgrade with new drives or ram this is the place to get them installed. Hit by cyber hijack ransomware? They can fix you. Or even if I break something by accident they fix it. Microcenter or Best Buy will send your laptop out for weeks at a time with no updates. Here you are working with local people that work on your computer on premises. Great company.
