My experience with Friendly Computers was absolutely pain free and enjoyable actually. Marty came to my house to.make repairs, so there was no driving, or appointment times to deal with. He has a great sense of humor, and knowledgeable, as well. He went right to work and knew exactly what to do. He was finished after what seemed like no time, and even charged what seems to me to be quite reasonable. I will certainly use them again if needed and will speak highly of his work if anyone I know needs a reccomendation. Thank you, Marty

Just took chance and called Friendly Computers. Without seeming too cynical, i half expected to hear my computer problem was beyond repair. A short while later my computer ran better than when it was brand new. i received in the modest price, empathy, a warm smile and i hope a professional friend for life. i highly recommend Friendly Computers; a rare find. Do call Friendly Computers, even the quirkiest repair is a snap!

I highly recommend Friendly Computers. Recently my laptop wouldn't boot. Marty came to my house that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in short order. I thought I was going to be investing in a new laptop. I should be able to get several more years of use out of my current device. Thanks!

I don't know how I could possible write a good review. I called in about a complicated issue over the phone. I was cut off and told to give the short version. Which I did, and then once he showed up. I explained the long version and told me to just replace the part. Was literally in my house for maybe 3 minutes, charged me over a hundred dollars and then left. I understand he needs to charge something, but if he had just listened when I originally called I wouldn't have a 100+ dollar bill for 3 minutes of nothing.

Our office called to have some issues resolved concerning a new computer that needed to connect to a server in the network and another was having issues with printing. Tech came in and could not get the one computer connected to the server and stated there was something wrong with the computer (brand new purchase from Micro Center). The other computer he stated there was also something wrong with it.
I am assuming he was referring to the operating system but he did appear to be in a big hurry and stated to our office manager when she ask about an Office 365 issue he didn't have time and he wanted paid, which we did. $295.67 later not one thing was resolved other than to pay him. We reached out to a business associate and found another company and both issues were resolved in less than 30 min.
If you need a new computer unboxed and wires connected Friendly Computers may be the place to call however other than that I believe they are not a professional in terms of experience. Was very good at collecting the check.

My computer hard drive died and Marty made himself immediately available for me to drop it off. He worked hard trying a couple different approaches to recover my files and was able to successfully return me my data a couple days later on Christmas eve. I don't know what I would have done without him.
