Very friendly and great service. Had a minor problem with a PC build and they took care of it quickly.

Brought in a computer that needed a lot of work, and George had it done in just a couple days all for a fair price. I got quick and effective responses to all my emails and had no issues with the repair. A few months later and the PC is running just fine!

Have used this place for my computer repairs for years. Was hesitant at first to use a small shop for repairs vs. the big brand name stores but my fears were quickly alleviated by the proprietors calm professionalism and knowledgeable answers. He has kept my older tech running longer and more efficiently than I though possible. Always affordable and up front with costs before repairs are performed.

Once he could not help with one computer issue - hard drive was damaged beyond repair - and there was no charge for the evaluation. Who works for free anymore? He even recommended another company that might be able to help with the hard drive and they confirmed it was beyond repair. Honesty, integrity and good old fashioned customer care still exist. I enjoy honesty. The service I received from this store was excellent. They could have fixed my daughter's pc and charged me accordingly. George put what she needed from the hard drive on a disc. I put my money into a different pc as he suggested. Everybody is happy!

The man that left the first review is a damned fool, he didn't seem to care much for his hard-drive if he left it for months. But I digress, I had a wonderful experience with this store. I corrupted my hard-drive and so my CPU wouldn't start up at all. George not only fixed the problem for a fair price, but he took good care of the CPU while in his possession and put up with my extremely difficult impatience. Really nice guy. So, if you need something fixed system-wise, I'd advise you to visit Geoge and let him handle it. :

My wife went into this store after she saw it here in Grove City and got a quote on a PC repair to remove a virus. I thought the price was a little inflated (though it was less expensive than Best Buy) so I decided to pay a visit without mentioning my wife took a trip up here. I was stunned when my quote was $20 less than hers. I went online and saw the website here and noticed there were no set prices. Bad form Sir, I shall never recommend a shop like this.
