Couple months after getting a used laptop from here the mousepad went out and the battery has trouble staying connected (I have to manually take out the battery and put it back in for it to work properly). Laptop still works but just a lil janky.

Patrick is very nice and informative. Definitely knows what he's doing and is honest with you. Prices were very fair and he called me as soon as he was done with my laptop and even let me come after hours and get it. Not many a business can boast a less than 24 hour fix on your laptop. Best Buy told me it was a $400 dollar repair and would take 3 weeks. $100 and 3 hours later Patrick had my laptop back to me. I can't stress this enough. GO LOCAL!

Patrick recently modified the PC he built for me two years ago. I use it for audio recording. I moved it from a closet outside my studio to a desk inside my studio. I had Patrick "quietify" it for me. It raised the noise level in the studio by less than 1 dB! Patrick continues to do stellar work. I highly recommend Gizmobyte!

Patrick built a new system for me. I use it as my recording studio machine and as my gaming rig. He was very helpful in picking out the parts I might need since it's been a long time since I was up to date on PC tech. It was a great help to be able to 'clone' my old studio computer so I did not have to spend days reinstalling software. I had some initial trouble with the graphics card but he also helped figure out the proper settings to fix the issue.

As an amateur PC builder myself I can firmly say that Patrick is incredibly skilled, time efficient, and detailed. If you EVER have any PC related issues, I assure you there's nothing he cannot fix. My Laptop had some keyboard issues. This gentleman not only took care of the issues but also made a great suggestion on taking my laptop to the next level speed wise. I feel his prices were very reasonable and when I dropped off my laptop, I thought it would be a good week before I saw it again. Nope, a few days later it was ready. Anytime you beat your guesstimate on completion is a huge plus for me! I found a local place to take care of my computer needs! This person rocks!

Gizmobyte built me a DAW (digital audio workstation - for audio recording). His prices were much better than local competitors. He was also much easier to work with. The build was a bit tricky because of thunderbolt and other audio card requirements. My new machine is incredibly fast and well built. Patrick had the machine built in about 1 week even though he had to order special parts. His communication throughout was excellent. I highly recommend Gizmobyte!

I had a really great experience. I brought a laptop in and the guy helped me troubleshoot it to the hard drive. I was impressed he was willing to take the time to work with me. When I had farther issues, I brought it back the next day and the guy, different from the day before, took the time to show me what I was doing wrong. And it was near closing time. Both of them were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help. I would go back and I would recommend it to others.

I went in ready to drop a lot of money to update my gaming PC but after explaining my situation he helped me reassess what I already have and where I could improve without needlessly spending a lot of money for not a lot of gain. I will be going back. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be purchasing all my parts here to support this business.

I was treated well at Gizmobyte. I needed my PC fixed quickly. For a fair price, I was able to get my machine on the bench immediately and repaired same day. No problems, just the way I like it. :

Can't say enough good things about Gizmobyte. If they don't have it, chances are, they can get it and rather quicker than you might expect. I challenge you to find a place better on pricing than they are. I've also had them do several installations over the years for me ranging from full systems to water-cooling installs, etc. as well as troubleshooting.

They complete these tasks quickly and their shop labor rate is more than fair. They also happen to be some of the most knowledgeable folks you'll run across. Keeping it local is easy when you've got this business in town!

7 day return policy is extremely short. Cramped small building. I've been using them on and off for a few years. They take your name and st. address and information and plug it into there system. I've done business with them a few times over the last few years. Support a local shop so why not. I saw multiple entries when I purchased products from them.

Why again do I need receipt if you have all of that info? Hell I would've even taken store credit. Guess I'll overpay at Best Buy at least they have a 30 day return policy. Ah yes parking is extremely tight.

Gizmobyte from now on is the only computer repair place I will go to. Got there right when they opened because I needed help fast. Didn't know where to go but checked out a couple of "chain" businesses and they told me 3 weeks to fix my computer and it would probably cost, say $700+. Both places, their attitudes were so uncaring. Reminded me of a robot without any emotion. Decided to ask a source if he knew of any place and he said GIZMOBYTE.

I was greeted with a smile and this guy really cared to explain options to me and took the time. I ended up leaving Gizmobye paying only about $60. Just needed a router, plus he installed it, and basically I only had to plug it in when I got home. I told some of my clients about Gizmobyte. One lady is going to take her son's computer there. I wish I grabbed their cards because sooner or later everyone needs computer repair help. Didn't think of it, but I'm telling everyone about them.

Looks like a house. Because it's a house that sells PC parts. Not bad prices though. Really helpful with nerd answers. I go here before most places. Questions answered and I normally ask nerdy questions the people at Best Buy don't know or have time to go into. Also fun name to say!
