Computer Solutions took my Espson printer (that I had taken three other places who said they couldn't help me) they checked it out, then they did research to see if it was warranted, & it was! A replacement was sent to them, they tested it, and charged me nothing. Customer service was quick and friendly. Thank you Computer Solutions, I'll be back!

My printer is a bit modified and they weren't able to fix it, but in the course of trying to repair it they replaced the print head, and all I paid was the $36 diagnostic fee. The UNM photo department also trusts them. Five stars.
