This company was started primarily to utilize my knowledge of computers and provide customers with an alternative computer solution of a local shop rather than a corporate enviroment. My past experience in the computer industry and my years of education in this field, along with rapid advances in technology made me recognize the need for more diversity in computer repair and upgrades. This eventually generated my first sale for Advanced PC and I have since been building a growing customer base with very satisfied clients.

I had a great experience with Advanced PC this weekend. I called Tim late Friday afternoon with a computer that would not boot up. He said bring it to the shop so he could diagnose the problem. He told me up front the cost of the diagnosis of the problem. He called me within the hour and explained what he thought the problem might be. He kept the computer over night and called me early Saturday morning with an explanation of the problem.
I okayed for him to correct the problem and he repaired the computer and returned it to me before noon. I was happy with his willingness to work and solve my problem even on the weekend. Tim provided great service, even my husband was impressed.
