I'm really surprised there's no reviews here. my computer put them through hell. Defective part and the manufacture had replaced the whole computer in the end. they were great they acted as the middleman and got things done for me that I would not of been able to do if I was dealing with the company myself. I Really appreciate all the time and energy they had to put into it. thank you and I highly recommend them

Supposedly a Lenovo warranty provider. I brought my business desktop there in mid December 2015 because it had a failed hard disk. They warned me when I dropped it off that Lenovo was sometimes slow in providing parts, but said it would probably be done before Christmas. Ok, no problem. I can deal with a couple weeks. A week after Christmas and I had heard nothing.
So I called them. They said they ordered the parts but did not have an ETA. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. They said they were still waiting for Lenovo. I suggested that maybe THEY should follow up with Lenovo for an update. Two more weeks and I had given up. It has been nearly 2 months at this point. I drove to their shop and collected my broken Lenovo. Went back to the shop and installed a scavenged HD from an old machine and got it back online.
Two months is far too long for any system to be down, business or personal. The employees didn't seem to care that I was left in limbo for so long. I would NEVER rely on them for any kind of service. They have also stained the name of Lenovo in my opinion. I'm not sure who is to blame for the delays but Compuwave should have been more forthcoming with the process and not force the customer to call for updates.
