Over the years I bought 4 computers from PC Laptops before I learned about PC Discounters. With PC Discounters I paid WAY LESS and got a better quality computer that didn't have all kinds of issues that the other computers would always have. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality and great prices!

Sadly, you get what you pay for here. Yes, the price is low on repairs. But if you are able to do it yourself, then do so. They really don't seem to put in much care into their work. My laptop was repaired by them, but in the process they managed to scratch up the casing pretty badly on both sides and some screws ended up in the wrong places, leading to a loose casing. I ended up having to go back and fix it myself anyway. If it's a simple repair and you can do it yourself, don't waste your time or your money here.

I took a working laptop in to have the power plug switched out, got the laptop back saying it was broken. I accepted that fact that maybe it was unfix-able, however, I took my laptop apart to get my hard drive and it was missing. I called and the person I talked to on the phone told me that they usually hand it back separately. Again, they never gave me my hard drive during any step of this process. Get more organized. Update- I am also missing 8 gigs of ram that are worth 50 dollars

The only place I bring my computer when it has problems that I can't solve myself. They are very fast, and are always able to fix any problem. Their prices on computer components are pretty good too. I usually buy at newegg, but if I need something today, I buy it here.

Matt, the owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable, it is nice to have someone local to work with. All I needed was a SATA cable, but I will be getting all my parts and service here from now on. Not only did he have parts in stock but pricing was much lower than I expected. In the day of online shopping and big box stores that only carry "select" items it is a welcome change to have a local business to turn too. I Highly recommend PC Discounters for any of your customer PC or service needs!

I recently purchased a Desktop computer through Pc Discounters. The service was great! They had the computer ready in just a few days and I was able to take it home and start using it right away. Everyone I worked with in the store was friendly and helpful. My computer works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I would HIGHLY recommend using Pc Discounters.

I have been a customer of PC Discounters now for a number of years. I have purchased computers from them and rely on them for repairs. Every service they have provided has been superb. I have been involved extensively with PCs for over 25 years. I have worked as a software designer, programmer and implementer. For several years I owned a computer center myself providing sales and service. PC Discounters are the real deal. I highly recommend them.

I've used a lot of PC repair/builders. These people are clearly the best. They will NOT rip you off. Other, better known PC builders will ABSOLUTELY ROB YOU and will never deliver what they advertise. Do not buy overpriced good/services from anyone and end up with a crappy job half the time. I've used some discount PC repairs where I know more than the people doing the building/repairing and that's not saying a lot.

PC discounters will do a fantastic job and treat you right. They actually take pride in their work/craftsmanship. These people know what the heck they are doing. And, their prices are great.

Fantastic, for many different reasons. The guy listened as I explained my problems, then offered good advice. We talked for a while and I ended up buying a motherboard from him, but when I expressed concern that it might not fix the problem, he responded that I would have a week to return it for a full refund, a month of return for store credit, a year of in-store warranty and three years of manufacturer warranty. I don't think any other business has taken such good care of me without explicitly paying them to do so. Good guy, great store and excellent prices.
