Fast affordable service. I'm pretty technical and have built my own computers since the early 90's, I had a problem with getting the motherboard to recognize the memory on my latest build and they solved it.

This was a lifesaver. I'm a college student and finals are coming up. I needed my laptop fixed quickly. Another company told me it would take a month to fix. I took it to Independent Output and he fixed it in 1 hour and charged me a quarter of what the other company said. No issues with my laptop and I can go back to studying for my classes! Amazing service, helpful, friendly, and affordable pricing. Nothing but positives.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place is incredible! The owner is super friendly and has solved all of the crazy, weird technological problems that i've brought him. He is also quick with his work, which is super important to me because almost all of my work is done on my laptop. I would recommend Independent Output to anyone with a computer problem.

My computer overheated and smelled like burning, after it just wouldn't turn on. I didn't know much about what was going on or what was causing it so I took it here for a diagnosis. They said they would take a look and figure out what the exact part was that was causing it. I waited 2 days for a response and when they finally let me know they said it was either the cpu or motherboard so I should just replace both(which would've cost me $400-$500 to replace) and they collected the diagnosis fee.

I take it to my buddy's the next day and we just switch out the power supply with an extra one he had laying around and the pc started up and worked as intended. I highly doubt they actually looked at my pc since a burnt cable was sticking right out of the side if they even opened the case and switched out the power supply it would've been an immediate fix. All in all I almost spent $500 and would've found out I was replacing the wrong parts if I hadn't gotten a second opinion. Do not recommend this place.

So very grateful to have my computer up and running again. It's been a while since my computer has been new, but this guy was able to get it working even better than when it was new with some hardware updates. The price was very reasonable, too. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

This place is great! I took my computer in and, same day, they easily found what was wrong and helped fix it. Quick and easy! Much faster and cheaper than other computer repair places I've been to. The two people working there are kind and extremely helpful. Prices are great and they seem to make a great team! I highly recommend this place, even if you live farther away!
