People ask us how we can offer a lifetime warranty on our products. Simple. We know our products are good because that's how we make them, that's how we test them, and that's how we ship them. For example, we use pure copper for all our Cat5 cables. Some competitors use CCA (copper clad aluminum or copper clad alloy) because it costs less.
Items weighing 20lbs or more, such as bulk wire and cable, are not eligible for free shipping. Cleaners, disinfectants, gloves, soaps, washes, and all other products found under Cleaning Supplies do not qualify for free shipping. In situations where some items in your cart qualify and some do not, you will only pay for the shipping costs of the NON QUALIFYING items.

I would NOT USE this company again. The site advertised next day shipping, which I paid almost $24 for. They only paid UPS for 2 day or next business day shipping. I placed this order on Thursday. The company handed the package to UPS late Friday afternoon and I will not receive the order until Monday. Not reliable, not honest, not good for my business.

I order from them frequently for work. This is the BEST place for cables/connectors/whatever misc. parts you may need. Quality, working products and unbelievably low prices. Quote from my manager: Him: What? How much? I don't believe you. - 10 seconds later - Him: Order 100 of them! Best of all, their shipping is SO fast. I get my orders within 3 days of placing it (usually shipped out same day). Highly recommended!

They have lots of stuff, I have had to look elsewhere when they didn't carry what I was searching for. I feel they could do better in the shipping choices when it costs more to ship a light weight product than it does to purchase the part something is wrong. I have asked them to use USPS Click-N-Ship but instead of then offering that service they matched the lower price instead.
