Services
On-site service is a 1 hour minimum with 15 minute increments added as needed. We give you a 2 hour service window for your appointment as we are not certain when the call in front of you will complete. Technicians will wear masks and bring their own keyboards. You must also wear a mask or remain 6ft from the technician.
We come to your home or business to resolve internet problems, install new computers and printers or simply provide a bit of training. Technicians fully vaccinated and happy to wear masks in your home or business as needed. We take a special friendly approach to computer repair for our residential customers while still maintaining the high standards of fully background checked and qualified staff. We only hire polite, respectable and talented technicians. You will be given the name of your technician at the time your appointment is made.

Bought a nice Dell computer from them today, extremely good quality and value for a great price! PC looked brand new, has no dust, and is whisper quiet. They do a really good job, and just as their name says, they are super friendly! I have worked in the tech industry for a long time and I know the sort of things to look out for, but I can safely and proudly say that these guys are professional and great and offer great servives and products for a great price! Will definitely be coming back here of I ever need anything else!

House call from Max who was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and followed COVID rules. Tackled some mundane tasks efficiently and then we presented him with a whopper of a problem. He was incredibly imaginative in solving the problem and did so without complaint even though the problem was a hardware problem caused by extreme age. of the hardware, not the user.
Could not have been more pleased. Cost very reasonable and liked supporting a local small business. Thanks to Max and Your Computer Friends. BTW, I am a long time customer and always had good service. Highly recommend.

Your Computer Friends made giving a desk top computer to our daughter a delight. As always, Susan Kadar asked all the right questions to discern what needed to be installed on the computer. She even asked what colors and designs the desk top "greeting page" should include to please the happy recipient. One of the things we like best about living in Wilmington is Your Computer Friends, especially Susan and her staff.

Great experience! When the hard drive on my main business computer crashed, freezing my business activities they understood the sense of urgency and jumped thru hoops to get me back up and going. They saved my data, reloaded a new computer came to my office and set me up. Within a day or two I was back up fully operational. I could not have done this without their expertise and support. I absolutely love this group! As a busy medical practice manager, I didn't have time to make an appointment with the "Geek Squad." I needed a misbehaving laptop fixed ASAP! Susan and her group did an excellent job pinpointing the problem, fixing it and having the laptop back to me quickly and affordably! Will definitely be using them for all my computer needs in the future!

I took a Dell PC that would not connect to my home wireless network (and in addition was endlessly slow in booting up) to Your Computer Friends in Wilmington and discussed the issues with Susan, the owner. She assigned the job to one of her techs, and the next day called me to say that the repairs had been made and that the PC was up and running. The charges for the work were surprisingly fair and the PC has been working like new.
This is a customer-friendly, responsive, knowledgeable shop, the kind that we all hope to find in the PC repair business, but so often don't. I endorse them wholeheartedly and suggest that anyone with a broken PC or similar device give them a call.
