I had an emergency with my Lenovo laptop and took it to AJCCTECH, who diagnosed the problem right away (a defective cable) and charged me nothing for the visit. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

I rarely leave reviews on somewhere/someone that I didn't go to (except mean ones) but this is quite the exception. Needed to get my kid's Chromebook fixed because of course a 14 year old broke it after less than a year. Adam couldn't help me but not only did he go out of his way by finding me a few places that may, he also got their phone numbers for me too.

When I asked him a question about another computer I had, he gave me even more info. I've had more help (and with such a great attitude and personality) with this company that I didn't end up using than with some companies that I did use. Adam is the absolute best. Truly don't waste time searching for computer/IT support. AJCCTECH is the place. So my wife's 3 year old Lenovo laptop died. Adam spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me initially just getting full understanding of the situation. He was so informative but also honest that it could be a motherboard issue and not fixable.

Well sadly it was a motherboard issue, , however Adam was able to recover all the data off the drive and gave my, not tech savvy, wife fantastic information regarding his professional recommendation on a new computer. I tried contacting my original computer guy who seems to have disappeared. I did a Google search and found AJCCTECH. I called and spoke with Adam who was very friendly over the phone. I took my computer ( Not turning on ) in within the hour, and was in and out with my computer fixed in about 14 minutes! I had expected to drop it off and come back later.

It would have been sooner but I was so comfortable talking with Alex Judis the President / CTO, and Dustin Mullen the Managing Member / Enterprise Svcs that I was in no real hurry to leave. Adam is very professional and knowledgeable. He was upfront and the price was reasonable. Both Adam and Dustin seem to be a pair that can handle any computer problems. If you want to take your computer to a place you can trust and not get ripped off, this is the place to go! I've been a customer for several years and these guys are the most trusting and honest crew I've ever dealt with. If I lived 50 miles away I would probably still make the drive to take my computer there. I strongly recommend this place if you need any computer work.

I've been having issues with my Gaming pc that I built so I took it here off a family members good experience. I was pleased to find that they were very friendly in making time to help with my machine. I would recommend going here as they are very knowledgeable on what they work with.

I had a few keys not working on my laptop and issues with audio. Adam helped me find an inexpensive way to solve my audio issues. In addition, he replaced my keyboard, although the first one he ordered didn't match he allowed me to keep it until the correct one shipped. He installed it within minutes and was very fair with the pricing. I will definitely use AJCCTECH services in the future and recommend this company!

I've nothing but good things to say about Adam, my new favorite "computer guy". The issue with my custom-built PC was when the power was switched on, the system would flash on for one second then shut off immediately. I tried testing the power switch pins on the motherboard, but it seemed as if the pins were fine. I didn't know where to go next so I brought it in for Adam to take a look at it. Adam made quick work with my PC to diagnose it for $29 (cheapest diagnosis price compared to other computer places) and came to a solution the same day!

He determined that I needed to replace the power supply. I agreed to have him replace it and keep me posted. Unfortunately, when the new power supply was installed, the video card in my PC died. He has plenty of experience with computers and has never seen anything like this case. He thought it could've been due to faulty wires or my previous power supply not providing enough wattage for the video card. Regardless, he couldn't point the finger as to what was at fault for the card dying so he offered to replace the video card at no extra cost. Adam is an incredibly honest and knowledgeable guy when it comes to computers.

He didn't just leave me with a computer that still didn't work and did everything he could to make the situation right. I am greatly appreciative of his kindness and quick work. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone in the area for all their computer needs. Thank you, AJCCTECH!

Adam definitely knows what he's talking about. I called in for a very difficult problem that nobody on Superuser/LTT forums/etc has been able to give me a solution for, and was doubtful that random computer repair shops would know how to solve it. So I called Adam and explained my situation to pick his brain (downstream throughput issues with a specific desktop).

He gave me a possible solution that I might try later, but you can tell he isn't giving you any BS because he ran through all the steps other people have told me to go through, and he didn't make things up. I didn't end up getting any service from him because we couldn't figure out anything we can do about my system, but in one call he has shown that he cares about the client and will do a good job in diagnosing and approaching the problem. Would recommend giving him a try if you want a trustworthy repair spot!

AJCCTECH was an absolutely fantastic partner to work with during our firm's recent construction of a Linux-based scientific computing cluster. Adam knows PC hardware and construction backward and forward, and even made some great recommendations (completely as a professional courtesy) regarding some additional server / RAID hardware for our setup.

Literally starting from sourced components, we were up and doing meaningful scientific computing in no time. All the while Adam was extremely courteous, professional, and more than fair. I'd welcome the chance to work with AJCCTECH again anytime.

I was in dire need of help to get files off of a SATA drive. I called and the owner was very helpful. When I arrived he even assisted me with how to use the device. I will definitely go back here for all my computer needs.

These guys are the best. They are very honest and trustworthy and will tell you the truth. They will give you good advice and will help fix your computer, laptop, phone, whatever device you have. I went in with a dead laptop and an old desktop. They confirmed the laptop was dead, too old, and beyond fixing. They looked at and dusted off the desktop and smiled.

We decided to just save it as a bookend or paperweight on my home office desk. They could have spent some time and charged me money, but what I needed was gone. Instead, they spent time with me and helped me decide what to do next and what I'd need in a new computer. Oh, BTW, my computer and laptop were from about 2000 or 2001, so I was due for an upgrade; right?

There need to be a minimum of 10 Stars to really tell the story about these guys. I've been working with them for several years. During that time, Adam has a) worked after hours to save important data on a hard drive that crashed; b) helped me transition to a MUCH better computer system that I now love; c) helped me with a handful of minor problems that have come up from time to time; d) always been available without much notice being given him; and e) you couldn't find a more honest, knowledgeable and experienced person to take care of your computer. Oh and f) their prices are extremely reasonable. Love them!

These guys are fantastic! I have had their help for about ten years and they have always solved my computer problems. Very knowledgeable. I just can't say enough good about Adam and Dustin. They are miracle workers!

Contacted AJCCTECH via Yelp messages to see if they could create a bootable USB thumb drive with Windows 10 installation media for a "new" build on an older mother board. Adam wrote back with a few clarifying questions, and made and tested the boot drive for me to pick up ASAP! Ended nearly 2 weeks of frustration creating my own on the only other computer I have at home - wife's Macbook Air.

Previous to Adam, I tried the Geek Squad (avoid at all cost!) and other local computer repair shops who didn't really take the time to understand what I wanted/needed and unsurprisingly quoted a ton of $$$$ for a simple USB boot disk. USB boot thumb drive worked like a charm! Thanks, Adam and AJCCTECH!

I gave this place a call the other day to see if they had a replacement charger for my laptop, as I seem to have misplaced the original one. After a few quick moments, at trying to explain the charger to the gentleman who answered the phone he told me exactly what I needed. And unfortunately that they were out of it, as he had gone through the last one recently.

He then proceeded to give me the contact information for two other local computer repair, supply, and accessory stores that may of had the part I needed. Apart from being knowledgable he clearly was intent on customer satisfaction, or at least to be of help. I appreciate it. Ultimately I chose to be patient/lazy and order one online. They offer repair and IT services, as well as part and replacement. I'll be sure to slide by if I ever need their services.

These guys are GREAT! Dustin has helped me untangle a mess that another tech had made with my brand new HP computer for my business. He was patient with me and sure knows what he's doing. He's thorough, making sure there'd be no more problems running my accounting and word processing software. He made good recommendations for free updated virus and protection software.

Once when I couldn't get the internet to work, Adam (the owner of the business) was available to help walk me through it over the phone. He was polite and helpful, and got me up and running in no time. Dustin also helped me get a brand new Lenovo computer at home running and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. Both these gentlemen are polite, knowledgeable and patient.

I've got to know Adam and Dustin over the years and consider them friends. I was honestly dreading taking my laptop to another location and them tell me it's not fixable or it's like $600 to fix. This was really close to my work and convenient to get to LOL the guys are always in a great mood and know their stuff. I dropped off my laptop at about 1:30 and got it back the same day at around 4:00! They fixed the problem and at an amazing deal! this is a place that provides you the best work, at affordable prices and doesn't try to haggle you to buy products you don't need. They have convenient parking and know their stuff. Did I say this place is awesome?!

I can't believe how helpful these guys were! I had an old HP tower, which finally gave out. When I told them I needed something inexpensive, they sold me some used equipment very cheaply. I'm up and running again, & couldn't be happier. Adam patiently loaded up the disc drive from my old drive, & even downloaded some programs I needed.

He ordered a new AC adapter for the laptop I picked up, and offered to burn a disc for my printer. I haven't seen service like this in a long time, & I'll certainly let everybody know about them. It's definitely worth noting that there were no extra charges, and they did not charge me for looking at my old computer. Anybody needing help can trust Adam (and Dustin) to take care of them in their computer hour of need. You can't beat that!

Amazing experience with AJCC Tech. Took my HP laptop to them to have them run a diagnostic check on it as it had been running pretty slow in the past couple of months and wanted to see if they could find anything. To my surprise it was merely an update that had not been installed that was slowing it down. These guys were professionals and very courteous, they let me bring my laptop in and didn't charge me anything to run tests on it and even offered me a discount on a better antivirus software which i needed.

All in all taking my computer to them first was the best decision I ever made for computer repairs. They didn't pressure me to buy anything like Geek Squad at the nearby best buy. Anyone looking for truly knowledgeable individuals who CAN solve everyday to more complicated computer problems should first stop by and discover Adam and his crew without the fear of unnecessary expenses or asking a general question about their computer. I will definitely be returning on account of their great service.

My laptop suddenly wouldn't download anything. I tried doing everything I knew to fix it but I couldn't. I had a deadline to meet and called AJCCtech. I've taken my computers to them several times before. I was anxious to get it working as I had to have something ready for the next day. They called me right back, and they checked it over the secure app but it was beyond that.

But they told me to bring it into the store right away. The guys stayed late to fix it and get it back to me that evening! Dustin took the time to explain all what had been done and to make sure all my questions were answered. They have always given me great service but they went above and beyond this time, and I made my deadline in time thanks to them! It's great to do business with people that you trust and that you know have your back. A good company based on customer service and expertise. I know I can count on them.

I've known and worked with Adam and his crew since 2001, he has taking care of all my computers and servers and networks with a very high level of professionalism and knowledge from day one.what I like about him is no matter what, when I call him or any of my managers he is allwas there for us never let us down he is a straight shooter dos not cut corners he will go out of his way to make it right the first time he handled all my offices including the one in Bakersfield CA till midnight work no problem for him. his goal is to make sure your in bisuness up and running as fast as possible Highly recommended pleasure to work with.
