Complete Computer Care

Cannot recommend them enough! I have had nothing but great experiences getting both software and hardware issues resolved here. I have a custom built PC that has plagued me with some very frustrating issues over the past couple of years (all unrelated problems with both hardware and software). The team here has been able to fix these issues quickly and always kept me updated the whole time when I have had to bring my PC in to be looked at or worked on.

Most importantly their customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond to help me with any issues I'm having and are very understanding when I call with questions or concerns. They have always clearly explained exactly what they had to do to resolve any issues and have been happy to answer all of my questions relating to my PC. They were able to get a replacement part for me when I got unlucky with a defective CPU last year and saved me a ton of hassle.

The location is a 25 minute drive from my home, but it's more than worth it for the quality of care they provide here. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be going back for any future computer repair/diagnostic needs!

Got to give it to my guy Chase and John best at their craft and always look forward to bringing them anything i know they can handle.

Came in for some damage to my macbook and they were quick to determine what repair was best needed! The repair itself was timely and fast considering the keyboard needed to be replaced and everyone there was very friendly. When I got my macbook back, it was working perfectly!

My experience with Cody and Austin could not have been better. Got my laptop running faster and cheaper than expected. Good communication. Would definitely do biz again.

I use a laptop on Wi-fi and an Epson printer also on Wi-fi. Suddenly I could not print either hard wired or Wi-fi, although I could print from my phone. I took the laptop in for a hardware check. Cody could not find any issue and did a few things with the printer setting and home I went. Printed one Word doc and it quit again. Called Cody who then set up shared screen.

After a few minutes of hunting around he downloaded the printer drivers again, which I thought I had already done. He noticed a change in the printer ID and after setting the laptop to see that number everything worked. THANK YOU! Cody is calm, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have used Computer Care before and certainly will again and have sent friends to them in the past. Highly Recommend Them!

You won't find a better computer repair place than this. Super helpful, knowledgeable, fast, effective and reasonably priced? And how many company's these days pick up an actual "phone" to call you down the road to make sure, everything they did was still working for you?! These guys deserves 6 stars!

Chase always goes above and beyond to ensure our computers are like new when we get them back! He's the best! The whole crew really does a great job with our computers! My whole family goes here for help with our PCs and laptops. It is definitely pricey work, but that's to be expected. Their prices are still pretty competitive and they always work to ensure they track down whatever parts are necessary to replace damaged parts perfectly. You can trust Computer Care with your computers without worry!

Took a son's laptop in for repair as it was having multiple issues. Friendly and professional workers. Explained exactly what was needed and came in at the price quoted and agreed on. Accepted the computer at once, decent price to fix it, relatively quick turn around and well performed fixes. Would have been a 5 star if they had not forgotten to return the power cord when we picked up the laptop and son had to go back again for the power cord the next day because it was closed when went back. Inconvenient, but would highly recommend due to the excellent customer service otherwise.

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for when it comes to computer care and they definitely delivered on the service has had no problems with the laptop in the year since it was repaired. Just be sure you get back everything you drop off before you leave! A sincere apology gained them the final star!

I couldn't be more appreciative for the guys at Computer Care. I had work to get accomplished and couldn't be without my laptop for very long, so the quick service was very much needed. They saved me from having to replace the entire laptop after dropping it face down on my fireplace. Pictures are of the new screen. Thanks Chase, I appreciate the hard work! You sure saved the day!

This team is the BEST! Their sense of urgency along with their professionalism and dependability are why we have worked with them for years! Peter, John, Jesse, Mike and the rest of their team are all super nice and they happily 'dumb down' their 'geek speak' so we can actually understand! : I've learned so much from them simply because they're patient, kind people!

And they're all really smart! I manage a busy medical practice, so having IT issues is NOT an option for us! Trust me when I say that you cannot go wrong with Arlington Computer Care! I highly recommend them to friends, family and colleagues. The BEST!
