My laptop was slower than Christmas. I hated to even try to boot it up. So I finally took it to Uptech and let them upgrade my drive and ram. Now this thing is running like a wild cheetah on the plains of the Serengeti --FAST! I definitely recommend Uptech. They were courteous and professional and got it done quickly.

I went there to get my laptop fixed from a blue screen issue and a dead hard drive and they did not fix the blue screen issue. I couldn't immediately bring it back because I needed it for school and when I did they said their warranty was only 30 days which they did not tell me when I went the first time. When I came to pick it up, because I did not intend to pay them again if they didn't fix it the first time, they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee even though it was the exact same issue from last time (which killed the second hard drive somehow) and I told them verbatim what they told me in their "diagnostic" when I brought it in. So I'm out 230$ and have basically a paperweight to show for it. They also took longer then they said both times by about 2 extra days.

I was really nervous when trying to find a place to repair my PC. I'm so thankful I went with this place. They were friendly and their prices are amazing. They don't rip you off or charge you an insane amount like other places would. This place is fair and honest. I plan on taking my MacBook Pro in at some point so I'll post a review once that is done as well.

The best service for this old man has ever received - maybe one equal. This time, I had a real expert on my side. I needed a repair for existing computer - not really possible. Sold me a used machine - inserted my hard drive from unrepairable computer into the used machine. I have an identical machine at a fraction of the price of a new computer. ABOVE AND BEYOND on every measure of quality/value. Thank you.

I got multiple quotes to replace the screen on my MacBook Pro and Uptech was by far the best (by hundreds of dollars)! It took less than a week for them to get the part in and it only took a few hours to replace it. At other places, I would've had to wait weeks and weeks just for the screen to come in. Well, I took my laptop to Uptech Computer because I saw all the 5 star reviews. I haven't used the laptop in over a year so of course I couldn't remember the password for it. Uptech stated that the program that they used could Not bypass the password. I was livid because I'm like you all only have ONE program?. If my screen was up and I could see it I would be able to crack the code! Geesh! Anyway, my refund is processing through my bankcard for the Non Diagnostic that wasn't performed. I'm going to get me a Brand New Computer because I'm sure what I was gonna pay Uptech I could just get another one. I want be returning. Thanks for Nothing

Uptech Computers was very helpful with my order to get LCD screen replaced on my computer. I tried obtaining quotes from other technicians and they couldn't compare to what Uptech had to offer.not to mention affordable price with quick turnaround time. This is not the type of place I would normally review. That being said this is a warning to anyone considering using this company. I got absolutely suckered and paid for something that never needed repairing. I am not incredibly computer savvy and trust that when I take it to an "expert" they will be trustworthy. These people are cheats. I hold myself partly to blame for not knowing more about the problem than I did but you should not be taken advantage of. BEWARE!

I've gone here for several years, and they have tried to save me a pretty penny whenever they could. One time, I had a messed up cord, so I dropped by to buy the cord, which was in the tens of dollars. After I selected the cord to buy I showed them the broken cord, and asked if it was the same type just to double check, before I bought it. They said it was, but were asking me why I was getting a new one.
I told them the problem, they looked at the old cord, and said it could be easily resolved with a cheap replacement part. They were going to give it to me free, but I asked them how much it was going to cost them, and they said 25 cents. Given that they just saved me tens of dollars, I gave them a dollar and told them to keep the change.
