Some years ago I had my Macbook Pro stolen and pawned, . After I got it back it had serious issues. I brought it in, and within 2-3 days (if i remember correctly) they had it working like new. I'm not a whiz at tech what so ever, so they're magicians to me. It's been working perfect ever since. They really know what they're doing. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend these guys! My iPhone was having an issue turning on, and after trying to fix it myself for over an hour I decided to see if they could help me. I came in right before they closed, but they assured me that was fine and had no problem at all helping me out and also staying after close to get the job done. And the best news, they were able to fix my phone without me losing any of my stuff! I was very satisfied with both the work performed and the customer service, as it was obvious these guys know their stuff and were all very friendly. 10/10 experience!

My iMac from 2012 finally kicked the bucket right after Christmas. I am older and am skeptical about ordering online, and the nearest Apple store is located in Houston. Reluctant to drive 2 hours away, I discovered Computer Dimensions in Beaumont, TX. Only 30 minutes away I brought my computer of 10 years to see what my options were to salvage my computer. Brian was extremely professional and helpful and in discussing all of my options going forward. I decided to purchase an iMac 2021 model. SO pleased with the way everything turned out here and suggest stopping by if you are in the area.

I stopped in just for a phone cord! Yet, I've never had better customer service. They were kind, considerate and very helpful. Answered a couple of questions for me while I was there and made me feel like a valued customer. Don't waste time with anyone else, get your Apple products right from the source! Way to go Computer Dimensions!

Can I add an extra five stars? I rarely ever have computer problems. Especially with a Mac, but when I do I always go to computer dimensions and they help me straight away. I've never had any issues with the computer dimensions they are always best fair and knowledgeable but what's going on with my Mac and anything that may be happening in the future. I recommend anyone who is a Mac fan or an Apple fanatic to visit computer dimensions here in Beaumont you will not be disappointed. And will love every second of your visit

Can I add an extra 2 stars?! My MacBook was DEAD - the battery was a total loss. I called around and everyone else said it would be two weeks and they had to ship it off. I went to Computer Dimensions - I was in the store maybe 15 minutes and they had checked everything to make sure it was the battery, had it replaced, gave me a print out on steps to optimize my new battery and I was on my way.
Their warranty is even better than Apple's. They all are very professional - you don't get that worried feeling like they are in the back scanning through your personal files and pictures. Really helpful and fast. I seriously did a little dance in the store!

Highly recommend this store! PROS: --- Great customer service! They are very attentive to your needs and answer all your questions. All the guys are amazing but ask for Doug. --- They have amazing technicians. I had to take my destroyed MacBook Pro in to (hopefully) retrieve all the information on my hard drive and luckily, Jason was able to do it. --- They sell everything from MacBooks to iPod Shuffles. --- They offer plenty of accessories for all your Apple products. --- Ample parking. I understand that sometimes people hesitate to stop at an "authorized dealer" but trust me, this place is amazing!

Can't say enough positive things about this store! I shop here for all my Apple products. Not only do they have a good selection available, but they are also very helpful and will work on your computer, iPod, or other electronic device if it starts to malfunction. It's like going to the Apple store in Houston & talking to the same experts without all the chaos & crowds that you have to deal with when visiting an official Apple store. They also have a wide variety of protective phone cases and tablet sleeves.

These guys are simply amazing! My newest MacBook Pro was stolen and with the help of Cory I was able to track and locate my stolen laptop! After I recovered the laptop, I brought it in along with my back up hard drive and they were able to fix me up like new! I couldn't be happier with the level of service from these guys!
