SCT Computers Inc. was started 15 years ago in an apartment. The goal was to provide inexpensive repair and sales with a 24 hour turnaround time for the patrons of the community. Went for the FedEx service, Don L was so very very helpful, with carrying in my heavy box, helping find the smallest box for one item, repacking, taping, finding zip codes, the list goes on. Fed Ex is cheaper and faster than USPS, altho I love the Post Office. I use Fed Ex for Christmas tho, because of packaging service, but again you have to CHECK for it: some Fed Ex desks in stores like Dollar General and CVS require you do all packaging. Thanks, SCT!

It was a very pleasant place and I loved that it was on the main street. While I was only there for a little while, they had a nice selection of parts and accessories. I came there because I needed my computer fixed and they gladly helped us. Overall, nice job!

This company is masterful at bait and switch. Initially recommended for their honesty, they did not live up to their reputation. Initially they told me that the diagnostics would be free but after they spent more time than initially suggested, they asked for payment which I gladly provided. Subsequently, they were going to charge me for installation of new computer and quoted a price of 75$ which was reasonable.

Two hours prior to the appointment, they changed their mind and asked for double, which appeared predatory and mercenary as they knew I was in a fairly desperate state to have my computer installed. I never got a chance to test out their computer installation skills but I had enough experience with their business practices to prevent me from recommending them to other consumers in the area.
