As someone who doesn't understand the intricate workings of the computer, I appreciated the customer service I received. He didn't make me feel stupid. He answered my questions with honesty without judgments. Unfortunately, my computer will eventually 'kick-the-bucket'. He took a look as some programs that were running 24/7 and deleted them for me so my battery would last a little longer. Don't go anywhere else to have your computer fixed or replaced.

I have taken my laptops here several times, the expertise and knowledge of resolution of problems absolutely outstanding! Jason is a no nonsense, straight forward tech, he tells it at it is and you can have complete confidence that when you are notified it's ready to be picked up, the fee is exceptional ly reasonable and worth every cent!. My 7 month old laptop works faster and better than when it was brand new after its workover, seriously. Highly recommend PC Solutions!

I completely destroyed my laptop's operating system when I mistakenly downloaded malicious software. I thought I'd lost a year's worth of work! Thankfully, Jason was able to salvage all the files I needed, and he fast-tracked me through the process of restoring my computer to full functionality.
