Excellent computer service. I brought in my macbook pro as the screen cracked. Very professional and I got my laptop back within a few days. Staff gave me free advice on billing software that would really help me for my small business.

This team has a wide range of expertise in technology. From basic computers to water-cooled exotic gaming machines, or cell phone repairs to wireless networking, to troubleshooting, upgrades, cybersecurity, etc. It doesn't matter if you're one person or a 100-staff business, the Jeevy Team has met all my needs and then some. Pricing is very reasonable for the extremely high quality of work. You can't get this level of expert help in a big box store, or a little 'mom-n-pop' shop.

I took my laptop to Jeevy after an upgrade caused me to have all sort of password issues which was creating many problems. They cleaned it up and charged me $68. After I got home I was still having issues with my email account. They spent 1/2 hour with me and we deleted more than 23000 emails and got everything working smoothly. They did not charge me a thing and were eager to help.

I ordered a laptop from Jeevy computers and got everything I needed and more. They gave me a great price and were able to get me all the programs I needed as a graphic designer. Any questions I had were answered with great service. Great experience overall!

Complete waste of my Saturday. Stay away from these people and use someone else if you value your time. Jeevy Computers advertises wall TV mounting on amazon. I booked an appointment with them from 11am-2pm, which I called to confirm earlier in the week. They didn't show up, despite multiple promises to do so. Finally at 4:30pm they called me and said they weren't going to make it today.

I'm the default IT guy at my firm and have bought many PCs and laptops to Jeevy over the years. I have consistency found their customer service to be nothing short of excellent and the actual service on the computers rarely without fault. On the very RARE occasion when there is an on-going issue, they step up the plate and tackle it head on. Pricing is very competitive. I've unfortunately have tried other places; would definitely recommend Jeevy.

Jeevy Computers service and expertise is outstanding! My data was restored on my corrupt hard drive. Migration to a new computer put me back in contact with my valuable documents and personal data I accumulated over the years. I continue to have my computer solutions meet with rewarding results. Staff is courteous and driven. Their service plan and remote access allows my immediate needs to be accomplished. I could not ask for a better group of talent!

Very friendly service, follow-up is great, easy to work with and knowledgeable staff. No matter if it is an easy problem or complex problem, you guys have solved it for me. I especially love the remote access support, which lets you fix my computer problems without even bringing the computer to you. Great price and great people! I would highly recommend.

Jeevy Computers was patient with me and gave me a break in pricing for the repair of my 46 LCD Samsung. There was a snag in turnover time, but it was due to a part that needed to be ordered. I'm bringing everything there!

Be Careful Here! This is one of those computer repair stores that will try to take advantage of you in a minute! I had a power surge in my house, and the power supply in my PC computer blew. I took it in to Jeevy for them to install a new power supply, and perform a full check out of the computer. The intake person wrote it up and told me he would call me that afternoon.

I never heard from him all day, so I called 30 minutes before the shop closed. The same person that received the computer got on the phone, and told me that my hard drive was ruined, and the computer was gone. He immediately goes into this sales mode and tries to sell me a new computer. I owned a graphics company with over 40 Mac computers, and knew what was going on.

I asked him if he was able to power it up. He said sure, so I asked him if he had replaced the power supply. He said no, and that it was a hard drive problem. I immediately knew he had never checked out the computer, and was just out to sell me a new computer. He stated that they did not have a power supply on hand that fit that model, which means he never powered it up to check it out.

I called him on his lie, and he said he would get back to me right away. I never heard from him all night, so the next morning, I went down to the store to confront them. The woman behind the desk does a lot of fast talking, and tries to divert you. Finally, the lead technician came out, apologized for everything that happened, and said it was just a power supply, which he had in the back, and would replace this morning.

They replaced the part, checked out the computer, and charged me full price to get my computer back. I wanted to speak to the owner, and left my name and number for him to call me. It has been 2 weeks, and I still have not heard from him. This is one of those "fly by night" shops who will tell you anything to get you to buy a new computer. Probably half of the problems they explain to their customers never even existed.

They make their money either charging a huge sum of money for repairing your computer, fixing problems that may not have even existed, or convince you that your computer is finished, and sell you a new expensive one.
